I like the chalk board with witty signs! Lady working there was very nice. They are keeping the place clean. Overall it’s a good Starbucks. I love the oat milk they use for chai lattes. I love my drinks extra hot and always ask to make sure that it is so.

I used to go to this location at least once weekly: Then the service and food quality was declining, so I stopped going. I decided to give them another opportunity and it disappointed me again. I asked for a toasted bagel with extra butter, between others items! The bagel was given cold and it looked like it had been ran over by a vehicle, it was hollow and no butter. When I asked for butter since they gave me two hard as rock bars of butter that were so solid that it was impossible to apply it to the tiny bagel! Remember, small details of quality do matter!

I’ve always had a good experience at this location. It can get pretty packed on weekends but during the weeks it’s a nice place to come and get some work done. They have a little fireplace which is especially nice in the winter time. The baristas are always friendly and quick at making drinks

I have never seen a Starbucks look so disgusting in the inside before I was so overwhelmed with how dirty this place is. Windows was gross floors look like they haven’t been mop In years table’s just omg beyond gross. The service was great the place itself need a whole bleach down. They let homeless people hang out in there and around the building never seen that before. I will not take my child back in there never again ill stick to what I’m used to.

Six baristas on staff and they can only make one drink at a time. What does Starbucks pay them for? To make snide comments about doing their job and give the guests dirty looks or ignore them?
No, wiping off a clean counter is not more important than a paying customer. These people seem to hate their jobs. No wonder…they suck at it.
I only patronize then because the drinks are more affordable than the other coffee shops in the area.

Lately I have been trying different types of drinks each time I go to Starbucks. This time I tried the Caramel Frappuccino Blended Coffee, and it will be my last time ordering it too. This drink was so ridiculously sweet to the point that I only had about 1/4 of it and I could not commit to anymore of it. This drink was overkill because it tasted like sugar topped with caramel. It tasted like there was very little to no coffee

I’ve had three shaken espresso drinks (best Starbucks drinks ever) at this location. All have been terrible. For whatever reason they can’t do it. I’ve had one with so much oatmilk you could taste the coffee. The last two the oakmilk has coagulated at the bottom of the cup. Kinda gross.
