The food, on the other hand, was not the greatest. We ordered the boiled fish in Sour cabbage, Mapa Tofu, Chicken dry hotpot, braided beef spicy soup, and some lamb dish.
The boiled fish was really good however the other dish were disappointing.
– Stir-fry Pork with Rice Combo
– Cold Chicken in Chili
– Xinjiang Stir-fry Noodles
– Dry Pot
Overall it was okay. The best dish was the Stir-fry Pork Combo. The rest was pretty mediocre, with the worst being the cold chicken. Too heavy on chili oil in the cold chicken, and chunks was used rather than slices, so flavor didn’t go in.
The food is generally good with some spicy but not too much.
Price is a little bit high, especially considering the tips.
However, both food quality and services seems a little bit downgrade now.
The environment could be better.
The service is not as good as before.
The Green Sichuan Pepper Beef was a standout — tender beef slices served in a flavorful, numbing broth filled with green peppercorns, fresh herbs, and chili. It had the perfect balance of heat and that signature tingling sensation that makes Sichuan cuisine so addictive.
The Shredded Pork with Green Peppers was equally satisfying — stir-fried to perfection with just the right amount of spice and crunch from the fresh green peppers. Every bite was bursting with savory goodness.
The service was friendly, and the ambiance was comfortable and welcoming. If you’re a fan of bold, authentic Sichuan flavors, Red Pepper should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended!
