My hubby and I came here briiight and early,I’m talking 4 am. We were surprised at how good the coffee was. Not to say that the employees at this location are lacking, it’s just that we’ve had off experiences at other shops when arriving so early. The place is neat, quiet and the staff are always polite.

the time management here sucks. it took 20 minutes for the baristas to make an iced chai. former starbucks employee here, 4 pumps of syrup and a little bit of ice and milk took them TWENTY MINUTES to make. the morning shift around 10am SUCKS.

I’m a very consistent regular at 3 specific locations with this being one of them. Never once have I ever had bad food, a drink made wrong or bad service. Unfortunately, today broke that for me. My drink was great, however my service was not. I know starbucks holds themselves to a pretty high standard when it comes to customer service. As we got to the drive through speaker, we were greeted with “hi”. Nothing after. We waited a minute before just saying our order. Then she responded with with “okay”. One word answers. We both figured she must be new, but I still would expect a little more customer service. As we got to the window, she took my phone inside & closed the window then scanned it, waited a minute before she gave it back. Then my drink came up & she just handed it to us. Not a single word spoken while interacting with her at the window. I Then asked for a stopper & just got a blank stare. I asked again & she finally gave me one. The entire interaction from start to finish consisted of literally her saying ONLY TWO words the entire time. I know this is a training situation but I felt this needed to be addressed.
