I’m not sure what’s going on with this Starbucks but the females who work here especially Aurora are so rude with every order. The guys however are always upbeat and nice. We won’t be coming to this location anymore based off the female employees attitude (Aurora, and the tall girl with fluffy hair). We will be going to other locations.

The food was good and well prepared. The employees were helpful and kind the women especially, the tan girl with glasses was the most helpful and kind to me. The place itself was well managed and put together. Will be coming back here.

It’s a Starbucks. Nothing negative, inside little bland but the outside is nice. Nice parking, maneuvering the drive thru is interesting at times.
While it’s still early might take a little longer but with time will get better, been there 4 times already and the latest 2 their a lot quicker.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times now, and I honestly just feel like all of the employees could use more training. For some reason the drinks are not as good at this location, they’re often made wrong, or made subpar. The employees are super but they definitely could benefit from more training.

Every time i ordered a mocha cookie crumble drink they get it wrong and I mean every time! Isnt there a standard ingredient form to follow? Its not that hard people very disappointing to have to go back in and have them remake it each time

Very happy to see a stand alone location so I don’t have to go into the meijer anymore! Staff was very friendly, and was giving out food and drink samples. The atmosphere was very modern and clean, but seemed to be lacking in character. Walls were very void of color or artwork.
