I always get a kid temp matcha at Starbucks and it’s never been this bad. Why are you not mixing the drink before giving it to the customer?? Kind of disappointed for my venti matcha to be full of unmixed CLUMPS. I rarely get Starbucks because it’s already expensive as is and it’s awful to get a cup full of this. This was how my entire drink was and I personally just dumped it down the sink because it all tasted unmixed and awful.

Rebecca the store manager was amazing. Went to another store and got a grande was very upset no vente cups. Got home unhappy. Called store near me and asked about refillable cups. All of our town out of vente and trenta cups. She told me prices for cups and how refillable cups work and explained star points aplogized about being upset about small cup. Was awesome personality and helpful thank you!!!

Earlier I left an excellent review for this shop. Today I stop in and the stores just closed. No reason why not updated on the web page. I don’t think Terre Haute can get their Starbucks in order. Find another place to get your coffee
PS. The automated response that you get from the Starbucks company only allows you to proceed with more information. If you are a Starbucks rewards holder. They are not looking for any new customers. They are not looking to have a real dialogue with the actual customer

Went inside to order coffee but no one would take our order.
Went through the drive thru over 8 cars deep by now and it took 15 minutes to get a coffee at least they couldn’t ignore us there.
Did Starbucks change their process? Can you no longer order at the register like Taco Bell or McDonalds? Looked like there were plenty of people working that someone should have been on the register.
