Several items were not available on the menu. We ordered through the app and by the time we got to the drive-thru someone inside said the order was ready and to pull up. Pulling up, we see two of the employees laughing and holding a conversation with a vehicle in the drive-thru, like they knew them. We waited almost 10min for the employees to finish their conversation and the vehicle to pull away. Treating work hours like personal time, while customers orders are just sitting there getting cold. This location needs to get it together because they’re giving the company a bad name.

I’m only leaving this review to give a shout out to Evan in the morning shift. Customers were coming in and out getting their orders and I was still waiting for my cold brew. Evan noticed and asked me what I had, he took the initiative, made my drink and made sure I was good before I left. If Evan didn’t check on me I’m sure I would have been waiting even longer. Thank you Evan for your great customer service.

I got a pumpkin spice latte and so did my mom and sister. I don’t think there was any pumpkin in it because it tasted like just coffee and after drinking them we got severe food poisoning, we were throwing up and we had horrible headaches, if you eat or get something to drink here and you feel the same way, something needs to be done. This is disgusting and unacceptable. I’m not sure what you guys are doing but something is wrong and it’s making people sick. I’m not one to Sue but that doesn’t mean others won’t.

Decent amount of seating. It wasn’t busy during the time I visited, which allowed me to be able to comfortably work for a few hours. Staff was friendly and the drink came out fast. Overall, great experience at this Starbucks. Will visit again if we’re ever in Carlsbad

I don’t know why but ALL if the Starbucks locations in Southeast New Mexico are always out of products not clean and staffed with people that have no real energy. Most are apathetic and some are downright unfriendly.

Every pay day this is my “me-splurge”. Their Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino (w a triple shot of espresso of course lol) is the perfect way to start any task loaded day. Also the employees are all super sweet. The wait was a tiny bit long, but it was no fault if their own. They were super short-handed, & even though they were in a stressful situation, they never stopped smiling. Great job Starbucks!
