The staff is wonderful. They know me and the pup by name & always make my order right. They usually have a pup cup ready before I ask. The manager is awesome! He always says “Hi”, even when he is super busy. He takes care of his store and employees but even better care of his customers.

The cashier Angela was very rude and arrogant when she served us. She’s providing a service she’s paid for; she wasn’t doing me any favors to justify that behavior. After serving us, she continued with the same rude behavior toward other customers. Starbucks should hire staff who know how to provide good customer service.

I love it here! It’s my go-to spot to chill, get some work done, or catch up with friends. I’m obsessed with their caramel macchiatos and pink drinks — I always get those! The food is always good, and I’ve never had any issues. The service is great too. When I come in the mornings, I know it gets super busy, but the staff still keeps a positive attitude. Even if they didn’t, I’d totally understand — they handle a lot of customers and move fast. Definitely love this location more than the one inside Albertsons!

So I went today around 5:30pm ish – 6pm my custom ice coffee drink was perfect today. But last week 11/28 around 10am and 11/2 around 6pm my drink were horrible on the 28 my ice coffee tasted like tea and I got a trenta so yea I was mad not only did I order thru the app I still had to wait and additional 15-20 min when the app said my order was ready I couldn’t go back due to I had class. On the 2nd I decided to switch it up and got a frappe it tasted nothing but chocolate. So what ever crew they had today needs to stay like and they need a raise

This is why I stopped spending my money at Starbucks. Ordered a pink drink, they made it totally wrong, looked and tasted like crap. I wanted a remake but the lady wanted to argue that there’s no fruit or whip that goes in the drink. Just give me a refund lady and when you have time, ask to be trained on the drinks instead of ruining your the mood of your clients and thusly ruining your business. Bad taste, bad service, no thanks!

Went on Nov 26 at 4pm my wife ordered drinks and Angela the woman taking the orders was rude and responding in an unwelcoming tone saying “anything else” as if if she wanted us to hurry up and leave. At the window my kids warm chocolate milk was to hot I even tried it and burned my lips when asked to remake another girl said ” if you can read it says warm on the tag” we started responding in there matching tone saying that I just tested and it burned me she took it back and you can tell she just added milk and it tasted nasty I will be contacting the store manager, district manager and regional
