So the staff are generally very friendly.However, I come here often and I spend a lot of money here.And majority of the time, I leave before checking my cup. Which I should not have to check my cup and ensure that it is filled before leaving every time. Because i’m on the phone with a work call.When i’m going through the drive through, and my cup is not even three fourths of the way full. This is a picture of my cup on my way through. And I was late for a meeting, so I did not have time to stop and go in. But i’m sorry, eight dollars for a cup.That is barely three fourths of the way full… And if we’re gonna say whipped topping

If I could put 0 stars I most definitely would I have been here over 10 minutes and normally since my coffee is either too sweet or not sweet enough I get classic syrup on the side and they told me that they were going to charge me $4 I have never had to pay for it on the side ! I do this to save them and me time and so they dont have to keep re making my drink.

I have been fortunate to have been to hundreds of Starbucks in numerous states and countries, I even worked for the company for 12 years, and this location is consistently the worst I have ever been to. I have never had a terrible experience here, rather I have never had an experience at all. The staff is cold, the room, is cold, the manager 90% of my visits is just sitting in the cafe pretending to work. There is no connection, no hello, no goodbye, no thank you, just a slow arduous wait to get your beverage. This is so far from the third place concept Starbucks was created for. As a stockholder, this is the experience that makes me worry about my stock. Pretend that you want to be there. You are certainly not slaying. You are disappointing.

The staff here needs more training. Visiting from out of town and stopped in, ordered my usual DAIRY FREE drink because I am lactose intolerant. I’ve been ordering the pink drink for several years now. It doesn’t have dairy milk in it, period. We were the only ones inside the store ordering, and after watching the 2 ladies behind the counter restock their teas for about 15 minutes (no idea how that took so long), two people who came in 5 minutes after us received their drinks first. I finally got mine a few minutes later, and noticed it had about 2 inches of cold foam on top. I asked the woman behind the counter if this had dairy in it, she said yes, I told her I ordered a pink drink, it should only have coconut milk in it. She proceeded to argue with me, stating multiple times the drink can’t be made without milk, in a very rude tone. Finally, another worker stepped over and bothered to read the label, said it was made wrong and they’d have one right out for me. No apology. When I finally did receive the correct drink, the venti cup had a good inch and a half of empty space at the top of it. This is where the new tipping system also ticks me off, because I did tip when I ordered my drink, but based off the interaction I had along with the partially empty drink I finally received, these two didn’t earn a tip. Do better.
