Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait all day. Waited at the counter for 5+ min and was never approached. They had 4 people working and only one seemed to be making the drinks. So I just ended up leaving. After reading reviews I decided to leave one as this seems to be a problem at this location.

I’ve literally never left a Google review ever but this was so annoying I had to say something. I ordered through door dash as I’m extremely sick and unable to leave the house, and Starbucks is how I treat myself. I always get the same drink, it’s a venti iced espresso with my own custom extras. My drink was entirely wrong. Somehow the label was printed correctly yet they made the drink entirely wrong, firstly it was a small hot drink cup that was only half way filled and it wasn’t even hot because my iced espresso was supposed to have vanilla cold foam which they put on top of this half filled small hot expresso which made it immediately chunky and cold. But not only was my drink inedible, I also got a cake pop which I took a bite of and immediately spat out because it tasted extremely gross and I look at it and it’s completely raw. It’s just really upsetting that this is the quality they serve with mobile delivery orders as I’ve never had this issue picking up in person.

Stopped on our way back to Wisconsin. Easy on/off location. Not far from 30 at all, and there is no backtracking. The store was clean and staff friendly. Drinks were made faster than the estimated time. Parking was easy.

Twice this past week I waited 30 min for a walk in mobile order. I placed the order 10+ minutes before I got there, so total time was over 40 min.
Today was the last straw, I placed it 20 min before my arrival, was not ready when I walked in, and I had to leave for an appt. No one available to ask. Ill never go back to this location.
Second, the atmosphere is awful. No quiet or comfortable place to read. Its like a sterile medical office with yelling staff.
