Cafe 86 is the ultimate destination for Filipino desserts, gloriously overloaded with ube in every form. The absolute standout item is the Turon Pop Tart, a delicious and creative fusion of flaky pastry and sweet caramelized banana. It’s pure genius.

New Cafe 86 location in Milpitas! Finally ube lovers rejoice! ube is a purple yam used in a lot of desserts with a unique tasty flavor. I ordered the ube flan cupcake and the hibiscus calamansi. It was delicious, I’ll be coming back to try all the different desserts and drinks. The inside is nice too with counter and kiosk ordering!

Absolutely loved everything from Café 86! The drinks were not only beautiful but SO delicious — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and not overly sweet. The ube drinks were rich and creamy (a must-try!). The desserts were just as impressive. Soft, flavorful, and indulgent without being too heavy. You can really taste the quality in every bite. And the little Valentine’s touch with the heart tins? So thoughtful and cute!
