Super friendly but my favorite part is they stay urgent and fast paced and get orders out QUICK. This location has high volume around 8am-9am time frame so I love it can get in and out quickly. Staff knows what they’re doing! Clean and love the waiting board to see what status your order is currently in.

Ordered ahead on my app as I usually do. I ordered about 8:25 and got there at 8:40. Was not ready yet. No worries, they were busy. I waited about 10 min. Nothing. So I grabbed my phone to make sure I didn’t order at the wrong location. It was correct. It’s now 8:55 and nothing. During this 15 minutes I’m waiting, half of the staff was standing around. The cashier kept saying, “omg the line is wrapped around the building,” and people would stop what they were doing and look. So I go and ask how long for my order, that I submitted at 8:25, and they said about 5-10 more minutes. I was like no, I need a refund I have to go to work. He said ok we will cancel the order. I asked how do I get my money back? He was like, I’m not sure let me ask. While waiting for that another customer waiting started reaching behind the counter for all of the food that has been sitting there for 20+ minutes and said hey is this yours? I said yep. It was cold. So they were making all do the food ahead but not getting the drinks done. He came back with someone and she said, oh you need call support they will refund it. Needless to say, support isn’t helping. I won’t be coming back and I came daily. So thank you for the terrible service, I can save some money now.

I came to Starbucks today 2/6 at 12pm. I ordered a medicine ball tea and the lady taking my order in the drive thru was so nice then I asked her does the medicine ball tea help a cold and I was laughing and joking then she laughed and was about to say ya until a rude Starbucks barista named KAY cut her off rudely and said NO! “ We are legally not suppose to say it has any Medicine in it. It is our legal policy and we are legalized to say it has no medicine”. I said jokenly oh I know it doesn’t have medicine in it I was just asking does it help a cold. And she continued to repeat her self like I was being stupid. It was so rude and unprofessional and to find out she’s not even the manager. The drive thru lady I wish I got her name but when I pulled up to grab my tea she was very apologetic and told me the person‘s name. Of course, I know Starbucks does not serve medicine in their tea, but for Kay to explain that like I’m stupid after I repeated to her that I know it doesn’t have medicine in it she continue to repeat it like I’m dumb and to say it with such an attitude it’s so unprofessional. I never had a problem coming to this Starbucks before everybody is so nice and so caring never had this problem with this one person

They never mix the syrups or sauces into the drinks, and once they put ice in it doesn’t mix. Why should customers have to ask for it to be mixed in when it’s obvious that it wasn’t? The laziness is out of this world.

This Starbucks is so wonderful, the staff are my favorite part of my morning. They are always so welcoming and kind. Thank you to all of you working here and your dedication to your customers. I own a small business right around the corner and come here almost every morning just to see them and get my drink. I go out of my way to make it to this Starbucks sometimes instead of another I might be close to. Keep up the great work Starbucks team and I’ll see you in the morning.

I was told that they don’t make the Java chip Frappuccino anymore. I just got one last week. It’s weird that locations pick and choose which ones wanna make certain drinks as much money as they charge for a cup of coffee.

Ordered a wrap and Latte. Was given the Latte, stood waiting forever. Then watch five people get their sandwiches. Finally I asked what happened to my wrap. They said “oh were out of them”, I said how am I supposed to know? They said “we write it on a bag and put it on the counter.” I said, how am I supposed to know any of this. I then was told, “next time look for the bag.” really? I’m supposed to KNOW your policy? You can’t announce it like the drinks? Seriously, customer service anyone?

Cashier Malachi is courteous and competent dealing with the rush. Drinks came up fast and tasted great. Drive thru does have priority over in store customers, just a tip.

I come to this location EVERYDAY. Normally I have a great experience and I spend a lot of money being that I’m there every single day the employees that were once there were great and knew my order and conversed with me and made sure my drinks were made with flat lids. The new morning crew specifically the black lady are very rude. I ask for them to please switch my lids (youd think she’d make my drinks right since I’m there daily) and she’s always rude and reply’s IT IS. I come to this location because it’s open before the martins next door but now I will take my business there to not have to deal with these rude employees. If you don’t like making your customers requests find another job. We customers didn’t ask for you to apply at Starbucks where customer service is key!!! Bring back my honey who went to the south side!!! THEY WERE THE BEST.
