The girl working tonight is extremely rude. Getting an attitude because customer are in line wanting coffee, imagine that. Maybe she needs an attitude adjustment or better yet a new job. I overheard a few conversations after my family placed our order. We weren’t the only ones she was rude too. Do better.

Im relatively new in the area, the service here makes the Starbucks back in Pennsylvania look they’re run by corporate directly.

As a door dasher waited for over 10 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged. Not only that, no receipt and atmosphere made me uncomfortable, I did not feel welcome.

Will not recommend nor will I be picking up door dash orders from this location specifically

Drive thru and inside was slammed but the 6 ladies worked diligently! Nice little space for sharing a building. Unfortunately, their espresso machine went bad and they didn’t have a manger show up in the morning but they seemed to push through and continue good service! Felt bad about how slammed they were from 07:00-09:00! RJ super chill and good clerk. Overall, they seemed to do a good job!

Miss Trina was very friendly and helpful. She taught me how to order some of the newer drinks on the menu ☕ using modern Starbucks-ese. It’s a whole different linguistic register from how we used to order them when I worked at Starbucks in South Florida back in the 90s and when we opened the first Starbucks in Spain in the early 2000s at Atocha-Renfe . Miss Trina and I also had a great conversation about the new Samsung Galaxy Z-Fold 3 . Miss Beau was also great — she made sure I had a carrier and some green spill guards for each of the drinks. And Miss Nuha was exceptionally kind and helpful, and she made some award-worthy coffee drinks for us. ¡Alucinante ! She even upgraded one of my drinks from a grande to a venti when it took slightly longer than usual to make. I was highly impressed with how quickly these ladies worked to make so many customers happy . If Starbucks still does Snapshots, this would be 5-star legendary service ⭐. I look forward to coming back and ordering more.

Do not go into the store to get a drink. It literally takes so long and they put the drive through orders first. I probably would avoid the store as a whole drive through or not. This is not a one time thing either. Every single time we visit this store it’s the same thing. A long wasted time waiting inside.

I never had a problem with Starbucks before. This is a brand new location right by my house so I conveniently went through the drive thru. I believe it was the manager that took my order and made my drinks. June 2nd 8:30pm. It took 20+ mins to get 2 regular, non specialty drinks, and when I did receive them, they were less than HALF liquid! $6 for literally 4oz. I had a screaming baby in the car at this point so my sister went in and asked them remake it. The girl with the pink hair and the other one with face piercings were both very apologetic after making sure the drinks were in fact skimped not due to heat or consumption. Thank you to the girls that remade our drinks properly and in less than 5 mins somehow! The manager remained rude, deflective, and lazy.

I’m new to south bend, and am getting familiar with the area. I got to Starbucks regularly, pretty much order the same thing over and over, but haven’t had a “go-to” location until I walked into this one. I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times now and haven’t gotten excellent service every single time. Whether it’s drive-thru or walking in, they’re good. I had an issue ordering my “white mocha Frappuccino” at another store where the barista literally told me that if I didn’t know the recipe they couldn’t make it for me. My mind was blown and my little heart broken. I came to this store and explained to them the issue I had come across, they taught me the recipe, and also gave me a free one for the horrible experience I had at the other store. I ended up buying a mug and leaving them a tip anyways. Shoutout to Trey and Morgan for helping me out that day and just thanks to the whole team for being as awesome as you are every time I go. I ordered a PSL a little early in the season and they corrected me, but I didn’t feel like a total idiot because of it. This store is awesome!

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Very clean place. My drink was made quick and it tasted great! I had a venti caffe vanilla frappe with caramel drizzle. I was very happy with the service and I will be coming back again.

Apparently the peach green tea is now red. I asked the guy in the drive thru why it was a different color. He just looked at me like I was crazy. Definitely didn’t taste Peachie!
