Today I visited this location, as I have several times in the past, because traditionally the customer service is PHENOMENAL! Today, I had the WORST experience ever, I had the rudest barista! She was very unconcerned, never smiled, not friendly, and even handed me my purchase as if I was bothering her! I’ve been a Gold Card member about 10 years and I’ve NEVER been treated this way, even out of town! I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, the ‘supervisor’ that answered was very unconcerned with how I was treated, she told me they were busy, and understaffed and tired! I had been at work since 7:45a for 8 hours, with not even a bathroom break, and let her know that, because I UNDERSTAND, but still I didn’t treat anyone less than superior, because I have a JOB to do, busy or not! Needless to say, this probably was my last visit there, you guys don’t even care about customer relations, or correcting things! I would understand if I was being a KAREN, but I was very polite about it all, but you guys REALLY dropped the ball! Also, the Dubai bites are TERRIBLE, and falsely listed as BITES, but I only got one, that tasted BURNT, and was in fact NOT warm!!!

I want to say thank you to the staff here as I’ve had many good experiences here. Most of the time the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My orders are usually right and my drinks taste like they should . But lately there’s been too many times I’ve ordered my drink and it tastes like there’s absolutely no syrup in it at all. I want to enjoy my drink and not have to add sugar or syrup to make it drinkable. Today it was a Grande Sugar Cookie Latte with almond milk which tastes awful.

I ordered a Venti iced protein matcha through DoorDash that came from this location. It was made incorrectly and tasted like bland protein milk. I could barely taste the matcha and I could tell no classic syrup was added. As an ex Starbucks employee, The standards aren’t hard to comprehend and follow. Behind the counter is idiot proof if you do your job properly. Especially for something as simple as a matcha to make. Milk, matcha powder, classic syrup, add to blender, blend, pour in cup, add ice, serve. Either someone needs retrained or should choose a different job because clearly this is too hard for them. It’s really frustrating that my order was messed up when I know how simple the drink is to make and also for how expensive Starbucks prices are anymore.

Came in today to order food and I usually have a great experience with lovely workers, but whoever was on headset, she was very rude and rolled her eyes when I asked if my payment went through then had an attitude when telling me that my order would be ready at the end counter.
She then proceeded to leave our food order behind the drink pick up, seeing us standing right in front of it, saying nothing and walking away.
Having worked in food service, I understand having a bad day or hating my job, I don’t even expect a constant smile or saying “have a nice day” to everyone, but I would never roll my eyes or have an attitude with a polite customer.

Carrie at the register took our order and was very off putting. We asked questions to make sure the had items in stock and Carrie responded like we were dumb and couldn’t read. The banana bread matcha has been out of stock at most Starbucks around us but when we asked if they had it, she turned around and told us it was right on the board, like she was trying to make us feel stupid? Everyone else was very kind!

I guess Sierra wasn’t having a good day. 🙁
It seems like nobody at this location ever has a good day because more often than not the employees are incredibly rude. This is the only location I’m consistently met with attitudes and sad dispositions. I’m sorry if you were upset that I spent money at your establishment, or that I ordered ahead, or that I told you to have good day. Hopefully something cheers you up!

I am not a review writer.
On August 30th, I sustained injuries and broken prescription glasses due to the negligence of the Granger, Indiana Starbucks.
After finally getting the case # i called the number given to me by a manager and after relaying what happened, was told someone would contact me in the next 3-5 business days. On the 5th business i sent an email with pictures of my injury. That was over a week ago. I have yet to be contacted.
It is beyond ridiculous that over a month has gone by without any contact by upper management.
I am disappointed but not surprised at the complete disrespect shown by a company that proclaims to care that their customers feel welcomed.

I love the inside more than any in the Michigan area. They do seem understaffed, but I got my drink in an acceptable amount of time

Please retrain the employees working on 9/5 from 2-3pm. Whoever was on headset, openly and blatantly rude to every customer in drive thru. Didn’t even acknowledge me in any way at the window after rudely telling me to pull forward because I had a mobile order. There’s no reason to be rude at all and it’s unacceptable. I order the same drink the same way every single time I go and it tastes different every time. No consistency whatsoever and it’s incredibly frustrating. Will not be returning to this location.

It was very delicious and super fast! I love the place and the location is easy and accessible. The only problem is I paid $9 for a drink! That is absurd!!! I want drinks that are around $4. It was delicious, but I don’t know if I would say it is worth it. I might try to make these drinks at home. If you don’t need a lot of things in your drink and like it simple, Starbucks is for you because they have cheaper stuff the simpler it is.
