I really love their matcha bubble tea – in fact before I had it here I could care less about bubble tea. They changed my world with their tea.. Their food menu is very intriguing also, and they have a family-owned small business vibe. No BigCorporation awfulness here. If I didn’t live 4 hours away I’d be in here often I can guarantee! This is my second time here and like the first time, the food is alright. I drive past there frequently,so I wanted to see what they were all about.
The first time two weeks ago I got a small chicken lo mein for my granddaughter, She liked it and I tasted it thought that it was good.
A few days ago made the second visit. Didn’t mind the 30 minute wait, I took in consideration that the food was made fresh.My meal was to go.But the deal breaker was three girls sat across from me and two of them had small dogs in their laps! I normally don’t post reviews but this time, I couldn’t hold back. EVERY DOG ISN’T A SERVICE DOG.
Also, the place needs to be cleaned overall. A good place to start would be the hazy windows and brighten up the woodwork with fresh paint.
But I will say that the lady who took my order was very cordial.
I can overlook the condition of the place but not the dogs.

20221009 I was driving thru and was excited to find thos restaurant on Google Maps. I ordered the spring roll, which was big!! But the dipping sauce was missing the peanut butter and peanuts. I love that they have both pork and shrimp in the rolls. The crispy spring rolls were ok. They were crunchy though. They were stuffed with pork, veggies and noodles, which were filling. The Vietnamese tradition sandwich was real good. The pickled veggies were lacking flavor. They would have been better if I could taste the pickled flavor. Overall, the food was generously made.

The bubble tea is reeeeaaaally good and the flavor of the tapioca is great. The beef banh mi was good, but I didn’t like the beef patty in it. All of the other ingredients were really fresh though. The summer rolls and spring rolls were delicious. Will definitely come back to try all the milk tea flavors and enjoy the festive atmosphere before Christmas.

Affordable without sacrificing any of the flavor. My daughter loves the bubble tea!!! Cozy setting with an outdoor eating option. We tried the Pho and enjoyed it so much we went back the next day.

This was my first time eating here. My niece comes here frequently and had mentioned it to me. And my daughter loves pho. I had pho and mango milk boba. The food was good the pho was hot I had the pho with beef and meatballs and spring rolls. The service was a little slow but this place is very busy. It’s small inside but they do have seating for eating in. It’s clean inside. The servers are pleasant and they bring your food to the table if you eat in. I will go back again to try their sandwiches, they look good and there are other menu items I want to try.

This place is really great! We ordered Mango Bubble Tea , Spring rolls, and Pho. Everything was AWESOME! The atmosphere is calm and cute, perfect for any occasion. They offer takeout which is great. The staff are very nice and made us feel very welcomed. We left happy, full, and satisfied. We definitely will come again.

Great place, the pho was served to us nice and hot, and the spring rolls were also very tasty, nice and cold. The lady who served us at the cashier was nice, and also with a great smile. We will come back some time soon.
