Largely have a good experience at this location, but lately have had a few customer service missteps.

First was a couple of weeks ago when I ordered a drink in the cafe on Red Cup Day. They were somewhat busy at 6:30am, and I waited patiently for my drink. After being handed my drink by the barista whose job it was to set out mobile orders, I said, “Would it be too much trouble to grab a quick pup cup?” Even though the whip canister and the pup cups were just an arm reach away from this barista, she instructed me to go to the front to order it (even though it was free). I did, then waited roughly 10-15 more minutes for a simple pup cup before another barista walked up to the barista (with the cat ears beanie) at the mobile order station and asked her if she could quickly make a pup cup for me. She refused, saying that she didn’t want to mess up the order of the baristas at the bar. Maybe I’m picky because I used to work at Starbucks for a couple of years, but to me, this was a simple act of kind customer service that would’ve made my experience/perception of the Starbucks brand better. Especially at a location where there is no drive-thru, I don’t understand not taking a few quick seconds to make someone’s day. Not a huge deal, but just wanted to mention it to hopefully offer some suggestions for improved customer service at this location.

The second happened this morning, when I excitedly ordered my favorite drink, the Chestnut Praline latte on the mobile app. I quickly picked it up (everything was printed correctly on the label) but it wasn’t until after I got home that I realized they had made me a Hazelnut latte. It totally happens! I guess everyone (including myself) was moving too quickly to notice and correct the error 🙂

Again, I’ve largely had positive experiences at this location, but have noticed the quality of customer service slipping recently so wanted to draw attention to it for the team at this location 🙂

Super busy but everyone on staff was sweet and patient. They spoke to me using my name and it was clear everyone on staff were friends and having a good time doing their job. Id come back again!

After 10 years of coming every day we stopped coming here a year ago due to poor quality, poor service, and filthy conditions. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, not even the excuses.

Today, After a 35 minute wait, we joined the long line of customers requesting refunds and went somewhere else.

See the pics and judge for yourself. It’s time for our community to demand better from this location.

This Starbucks was nice. Good views. Small and intimate. Staff laughed and seemed to enjoy themselves. Didn’t like that I was handed a menu when asked about various teas. Never had that happen. Typically someone will ask more questions and make recommendations

i ordered a cake pop and it took an hour before i had to ask them to bring me the cake pop
i ordered. the employee grabs a cake pop and throws it across the counter and says “here you go” with attitude and aggression. i come here a lot and the service has always been not great.

The location of this Starbucks is really cool. It’s in a nice walking area. The local shops/boutiques next door are super cute. It’s easy to pick up orders with the next to the curb, free parking. There is additional parking behind back.

Downside is the size and seating number inside. Very tight. Very crowded. I only come here to pop in and out. It’s hard to meet up with people or stay for longer. Hard with small children too.

The service was great, and the place looked really clean. Hard to go wrong with Starbucks. My wife’s drink was a little off, but we didn’t notice it until we left and were on the road. I’m sure they would have fixed it if we asked. The staff was really friendly. There is not a ton of places to sit and work at this location, and parking is pretty limited due to the location. Just keep those in mind when wanting visit.

Had the best experience at a Starbucks ever! The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They had SO many mobile orders but their system was super efficient. I wish I remembered the kind worker who was organizing the drinks names but they were a rock star! I think it was Taylor but spelled very unique!

Really just gone down terribly in quality and accuracy, if the drinks are made correctly they’re fine but 3/5 of the last coffees I ordered were made with oat milk when I asked for regular 2% which is kind of annoying
