I came here for my birthday drink, like I do every year, and the app wasn’t showing it was my birthday, possibly because I had just signed in on a new phone? and they didn’t offer to try to help me figure it out, I even offered to show them my ID and they told me no, so instead they threw my drink away instead of giving it to me on my birthday. Less and less reasons to come to Starbucks anymore when there’s so many other coffee options available, I would avoid this location.

Starbucks are all over the globe, no matter where you live, they always there. This famous coffee shop is pricey tho, but this is the only coffee shop that sale my favorite “Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew” without caused my heart beeps fast 😉

It took them 10 mins longer than my eta, and they weren’t even busy. The point of the mobile order is for it to be ready quicker than waiting in the drive thru. And my drink ratio of ingredients wasn’t even correct.

The girl at the Drive-In had such a wonderful personality and was so nice. Great employee!
We had ordered a coffee with a dash of cream. The coffee had way too much cream for his liking.

Came in right at 5:30 AM. Every employee was pleasant, approachable, and diligent. Got four drinks in a very timely manner, along with three food items. My drink was exactly how I ordered and delicious. It’s a relief to get great service so early, especially after driving 10 hours. Would definitely come back if I lived here. Keep up the good work! 🙂

I really enjoyed the atmosphere the girls were always pleasant and I appreciated that they did my hidden menu items and always got them as close to my pictures as possible. They were well staffed too. I never been up until now and I always enjoy going. I always go in because the drive thru is always full and seems to go out and block out the roads. They made me cheese cake, berryliocus and Cosmo and wanda ( don’t get it it’s gross flavor wise)
