Spent 92 dollars thru mobile order. Picked up my order ..drove home just to find out sauces for my 3 happy meals were missing chocolate milks were missing didnt recieve any utensils napkins etc..this happens way too often.they should just close down this location. Theres always something missing…..

Food came out cold after 11 minutes waiting for it. Also looked on the floor where we decided to sit and found a French fry with some friends on it telling you how long it’s been there. The girl at the register was really sweet tho and we did send our food back. Tables also haven’t been cleaned.

Any lane any time? More like 1 lane all the time. Garbage can that’s not visible at night blocks the second lane and if you’re foolish enough to trust the any lane any time sign you are either reversing in a crowded drive thru or circling all the way around the building and losing your place in line.

I went to the bathroom while friend was ordering food, and while in there an old man offered inappropriate services to me. It wasn’t that bad but the food was horrible and all the tables smelled like alcohol. Also My wife said there was needles in the women’s bathroom. And My wife’s boyfriend slipped on a puddle of urine and sprained his wrist.

Things go ok until I get to the window to get my order. And I can see my drinks in the window and that was the only thing I ordered! BUT the employee is getting another customers drink and putting a bag next to the drinks. I get her attention and she opens the window and says hi . I said is that my order. She looks at the register screen and says oh, yea. And hands it to me. I asked for napkins she gives me 2. I said thank you. She said your welcome! Why do they do that to customers!??

(0 stars) for food as I am vegetarian and they didn’t offer anything so I left with with no food.
i got a shake a cookie and 2 ice-creams for the family, which was very good.
they ran out of hot caramel fodge so they waited with the ice till they had made some more.
easy 5 stars if only they had vegetarian options. but that’s not their fault.

Why is it everyone of the Mueller family owned McDonald’s are terrible. I’ve gotten so many messed up orders from here. Order of fries that don’t even come up to the edge. Ketchup and cheese on outside of the bun. Not a little like the whole piece of cheese and glob of ketchup. Is the only answer with these places to be belligerent and sheet
