The new Starbucks near Chatham Hills and Grand Park off 191st Street is a great and much needed addition to Westfield, with friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere…and alleviates the really crowded location on SR 32. It also has dual drive-thru lanes, likely to efficiently handle the busy times at Grand Park as well as growth overall in the area.
Inside, there’s ample space for working or relaxing, complemented by a comfortable setting. The accessibility via golf cart from nearby Chatham Village and Chatham Hills will be fun in warmer months via a road the Chatham developers extended (but will also be available to public), adding to its convenience and appeal for locals. Close to Monon crossing at 191st as well.

I live about 2 mins. from this Starbucks & was super excited when they decided to build one right down the street from me! It is now my fav. Starbucks because they get my drink right every time! Each time I go I order the same 2 drinks with 3 extra pumps of syrup. It tastes amazing every single time! Its greatly improved! They are awesome!

Great drinks but the Manager on staff was extremely rude to us. She scolded us for placing a mobile order and driving to pickup too quickly even though we only live a couple minutes away.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful with ordering for someone who has food sensitivities for drink options. This Starbucks has the nicest staff that takes time to ask you about your day while you wait for your coffee. A little acknowledgment goes a long way in customer service & they do that well here!

Starbs is Starbs. Great drinks, long lines. The service has also gotten much slower. This location is in a busy parking lot, too, which can’t always accommodate the line. I go to the grocery stores now because they’re that much faster — even if I do have to get out of the car
