Rachelle is the best! She recognizes me when I pulled up, knows my order! It makes my day! Give her a raise, a special award-she’s the reason I go to this location!!

I’ve been a consistent customer of Starbucks for years, as have many Christians I know. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing and reflective of a broader issue that deserves attention from ownership and leadership.
The service I received felt dismissive and unwelcoming, and the overall atmosphere lacked the warmth and inclusivity Starbucks publicly promotes. What is most concerning is the growing sentiment among Christian customers that our values and presence are tolerated at best, but not genuinely respected—despite the fact that Christians represent a significant portion of Starbucks’ most loyal and frequent consumers.
Starbucks has built its brand on community, respect, and belonging. Those values should extend to all customers equally, regardless of faith. When a core consumer base feels marginalized or disregarded, it signals a disconnect between corporate messaging and in-store experience.
I hope ownership and management take this feedback seriously and reflect on how store culture, staff training, and customer interactions can be improved. Many of us want to continue supporting this brand—but respect must be mutual.

Terrible and very slow starbucks. Came through drive thru during the early part of afternoon and advised I would be using a split transaction cashier acted like she didn’t know how to process 2 cards any place of business accepts multiple forms of payments if need be which was red flag number one, then she just casually starts taking drive thru orders while not even handling our issue first, we then were able to do separate orders to make it easier for her to understand what to do, in the process I scanned my rewards app for the transaction with the split payment and she didn’t rescan it for the separate order so I did not get my points properly for the drinks, also asked for frap chips in the drink as well as on top and that instruction seemed to be too hard for them to understand, I then called immediately to speak to the manager who acted just as incompetent as her cashier when I asked for the GM’s contact information or atleast give her my info to have them call me not only did she lie but she refused to also provide me with her name because she didn’t ” feel comfortable” whatever that means. I called the store on 131st street who seemed to have no problem giving me the GM’s contact information to complain. I will NEVER be back to this location they are slow anyways and they need to get a better drive thru person to understand substitutions and add ons to orders and also lastly learn how to process split transactions while also multitasking to take care of other orders at the same time. Do better starbucks I spend too much money a week to be treated this way. Noblesville is starting to become horrible with customer service or is it because I’m black?? hmmmm….

What an amazing morning! We put in mobile orders at 5 am and they were waiting for us when we arrived. The staff were so friendly and smiley , especially so early in the morning! 10/10 would recommend.

i know everyone has off days but i’m writing this more as constructive criticism. the first time i came to this location it was amazing, i even got 2 free drinks because they were training new baristas! however this morning when i came through i asked for a white mocha and was given some sort of chocolate drink. i know this is a new build with new employees, but please pay attention to the tickets your given. i couldn’t come back around and get it fixed because i was on my way to work, so i wasted $6.

I usually do mobile pick up, and my drinks are always made on time and taste so good! This is the only location that I’ve gotten drinks with encouraging messages on the cups, which I really appreciate!

Do not use this drive-through. It will take you 20 minutes to get through it. I just sit in line for over 20 minutes trying to get a drink, trapped here.

Little girl at the counter decided to give me a lecture about the time I arrived to pick up my order, even though the app said my order was ready. And my coffee tasted like crap. I really feel it was because she had an attitude about my arrival. Won’t be back to this location.
