I love your coffee, but literally the service is so slow. I ordered my coffee before I left my house. I have to wait in line 15 minutes just for them to tell me They don’t have my coffee and instead of a refund, they gave me gift cards, Didn’t even ask if I wanted it back on my card or not. This place is great in the morning. Timely. Friendly. Well made. Didn’t like the breakfast sandwiches. Overpriced and not great. But good service. Spot on.
But ugh….the mid-day staff is shorthanded and not what I would call customer service oriented at all. Always run 10 to 15 minutes past your stated pick up time which is usually already a 10 or 20 minute wait. Today they made me the wrong drink and looked at me cross eyed because I wouldn’t take it after it was already 15 minutes behind when it was supposed to be ready. 3-4 people ever is all they have working during a busy time and they are all pretty grumpy. Hard to even get anyone to acknowledge you at the register- won’t even make eye contact. The dining area is a mess. No clean tables. Trash cans full. Prep area looks like a train wreck. Milk sitting out extended periods. They take your order online but then never provide updates and stand around waiting forever and don’t bother asking. You get your head bit off that the app is never right. Never seen a starbucks so disorganized and poorly ran.

I usually love Starbucks seasonal drinks, but the Sugar Cookie Latte I got today was honestly terrible. Instead of tasting sweet or festive, it had this weird grassy, almost herbal flavor that completely ruined it. I tried a few sips hoping it would get better, but nope — just straight-up grass vibes. For the price, I expected something enjoyable, not something that tastes like it was steeped in a lawn. Really disappointed. Not ordering this again.

This is my first time being here since it opened. Love the inside and seating area outside. The workers were all constantly working to serve those inside and drive thru. Very friendly and encouraging to their team. It took about 20 minutes to get my drink after it was ordered. I figured it would take awhile as they are new, figuring out their flow. I look forward to going again.

Please retrain your staff on the correct way to mix drinks. Today, I asked for a venti iced shaken espresso with 5 additional pumps of vanilla syrup and made with ristretto. It took your staff three attempts and still did not get the recipe correct. Next time, I’ll go the extra mile to Tim Hortons

beautiful seats and futuristic bathroom vibe. i felt like i was in a 2089 bathroom with that hand dryer it was so lit like literally blue light lit. the lady was super nice and fast and the bathroom was super clean the toilet i could lick and not get the plague. townsmen in the 1300s would be so jealous. the venti strawberry açaí lemonade refresher was so bussin but it didn’t compare to the customer service only wheelchair accessible bathrooms. bussin soap. it tasted like the strawberry açaí drink i added it to the drink to make it exquisite. baby changing table was super comfortable especially for a slumber party. toe-curling, mouth watering, face melting, kidney clenching, teeth pulling, placenta separating strawberry soap.
