Came here to pick up a door dash. All the workers ignored me & acted stuck up. The order was ready they had the bag turned around so I couldn’t see the name so I had no idea. Not 1 worker asked may I help you or said anything at all. They’re rude & stuck up & make you feel invisible.

This place has great seats that recline and also are heated. Sound is pretty great and the screens are large. Although the seats are great, I kept hitting the heated seat button which was kind of annoying. If they were located in a different spot, not directly next to your leg, that would be great.

Went on a Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and there was only 2 employees. Which made for a VERY long wait for our order. When we finally got all of our stuff 3 out of 8 items in our order was messed up. I wasn’t too upset, just a little frustrated. They obviously was understaffed. If there wasn’t a huge line waiting to order and a huge line waiting for their stuff I would’ve spoken up so they could’ve corrected our order. I work with the public so I know how it is. I just felt bad for the employees. I’m sure they felt overwhelmed.

This Starbucks has improved from the past. There used to be flies all around the stand as you walked in and out at Kroger. This was about a year ago. Now I go regularly. I believe the morning employees are the best because they’re most attentive and knowledgeable. You tend to get the teenagers in the evenings where your chances of getting a bad order is higher. They tend to be out of toppings for drinks or drizzle that goes over the whip cream pretty often. Customer service has always been a plus. Overall I live down the street and will continue to go.

There is something special about a local Starbucks where the baristas know your name and your drink order! They even write or draw sweet love notes that are cute or encouraging or silly and I believe they really do want to help make customers’ day better. A testament to excellent management and a small town community where people still care about and know their neighbors!

Starbucks is great fantastic but their food is horrible. It always has been horrible and it always will be horrible. Why do they even serve food there? I don’t know but their drinks, customer service, atmosphere and vibes are always amazing.

By far the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to… I read my drink loud and clear and I got nothing even close to what I ordered? The simplest of details such as “ice” couldn’t even have been followed? Oh, did I forget to mention the part about waiting in line for 30 minutes just to be greeted with attitude by the employee working the drive through. Then again with a drink that was no where close? I said my drink order which included ice and it wasn’t even closely followed they gave me a warm drink? Just save your time and go somewhere else.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. I go there often but it has gotten to the point when If i see more then 5 people in line I leave. The main one I usually get to can take care of 30 people in the time they do 5 people. Since its inside krogers I can place my order go grocery shopping and come back before my drink is made. I get some times businesses have bad days but this is often.

The lines can get REALLY long during the so called rush hours, and it’s in the middle of the front of Kroger grocery store, so it’s a bit hectic, however they are always friendly and make a mean frappe! You can’t use your app to our order though. If you want a more open store experience there is a newer location across the street near the Mc Donald’s, and they do use app services.
