I waited far too long for my order — just a simple hot Earl Grey tea. It shouldn’t take that long to prepare something so basic. Instead, I stood there watching everyone else receive their orders while mine was completely ignored. On top of that, I even bought a mug from this place, and now that purchase will only remind me of this negative experience. Really disappointing

Pretty good Starbucks. No complaints on my end. The place is clean (ish) could always be cleaner. The staff are friendly and efficient, my coffee is always on point. I will use this Starbucks for all my on the go coffee needs. Pretty happy with the service and speed of items. I’ll definitely be buying coffee here while I reside in the area. Update* Perhaps I spoke too soon. My very next visit required me to demand a refund. I ordered a Coffee that was full of sludge and syrup. I think some employees are just completely inept. I understand that mistakes happen, but my most recent experience will result in me not returning to this Starbucks. I’ll just have Coffee at home, where it’s safe, clean and not full of sludge / syrup. Yuck.

This place was good when I went for the first time and the coffee was good and was what I ordered. But after that time each time I go or order for delivery the coffee is never even close to the same. I tried them again today even though I was going to go to another location and I ordered two of the same drink and size. They looked nothing like each other nor did they taste good or even remotely the same. Paid for extra flavoring which I think they forgot vanilla all together. But they do make sure to hold the tip screen out for you each time. I will not be returning to this location. This coffee/food is expensive and should be something close to what we order

I normally don’t write reviews but your location lacks quality service. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve come there no one waited on me. I waited several minutes and not one person recognized me as a customer. This time I was the only person there! Several people continued talking and doing what they were doing. Ironically when a white male came up and stood behind me someone came to take my order. Starbucks needs to do better!! I’m done patronizing this location.

Nice at the drive through, but terrible, bad service and atmosphere inside. Genuinely one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to on the inside. You will stand at the counter without anyone acknowledging you, let alone taking your order. And when you finally do get their attention, it’s a 50/50 whether you’re treated well or with a bad attitude. I don’t go inside at this location unless I have to.

I have been to this location a few times, everytime I have been i have ordered the same drink which is a ice coffee. It have been nasty everytime I have gotten a drink there. I go back thinking it will be better NOPE!!! I went today and tried something different i got the Pink drink it was disgusting!!! You can see all the juice on the bottom of the cup and you can taste mostly the juice. But overall the Baristas are really nice nice there

Here’s the thing: I sincerely write this out of a desire to edify a young person who I believe I’ve just witnessed demonstrate and unmindfulness that will not serve her well in the future. I ordered an iced café latte through the app about seven minutes before arriving. My husband’s black coffee was ready right away, but my drink never appeared. We watched the main barista chatting with two friends who’d just come in, while other drinks kept going out. After several minutes, I asked another employee to check, and it was clear my order had been forgotten.
When the barista realized this, she looked at me and said, “Are you in a hurry?”—as if it might be fine to finish her friends’ drinks before making mine. Of course, I said yes, please make my drink now.
Someone needs to explain to her that asking that question after making a mistake is not appropriate. It shows a lack of awareness and professionalism. This casual, social approach to work might feel friendly, but it doesn’t serve customers—or her—well in the long run.

This Starbucks location was well staffed with at least 12 employees visible during my visit. The pumpkin bread was served warm and fresh. My drink was prepared quickly and accurately. The atmosphere resembled that of a garage sale with the bright orange handwritten tags on much of the merchandise.

Refusal to make the drink i have been making for 6+ years and first made here is ridiculous especially when corporate has said they should definitely make it. Have complained to corporate multiple times and yet over and over they still refuse. Very dissatisfied with management here fighting with me over it when I’ve had over 400 different Starbucks make it no questions asked. Not an exaggeration either I used to be a plumber for starbucks in Florida for the entire state plus ½ of Georgia and all of Alabama

You tell them exactly what you want and they either ask you if you want something else (not upselling, like they don’t understand what you asked for) or they mess it up. No consistency. And other locations are cheaper. There’s maybe 2 employees I like seeing.
If I say “cream” they ask how much. Well, I didn’t say a little or a lot/extra… so common sense would dictate “normal”. And they will all ask different questions. I’m still waiting for one of them to ask me just how many ice cubes I want in my drink… “would you like 20 or 30 cubes?”
Again, if I don’t say less or more of something, just go with the normal protocol of making the drink.
