Horrible customer service. Asked me to stand at the wrong side of the counter to get my drink, didn’t give me a receipt. When the guy asked why i was waiting i told uim i was waiting for my drink. He asked what drink. I started to tell him and he cut me off and said other end with an attitude. I told him he should have said so instead of telling me to wait on the other side of the counter. Wanted ny reciept When asked they said they no longer could. Asked for corporate number and staff couldn’t find it. Had to wait on a manager who was in the back of the store just to get it. Then she wanted me to wait even longer for ap to try and print it. So now I have a melted nasty drink because they had me wait on the wrong side of the counter.

LOVE this Location! They never mess-up My Order(which is a bit Complex) and are always nice no matter how Busy. This Morning They even gave Me a FREE Drink once when someone before Me had a Re-make that They were left with. The Young Ladies and Gentleman here are doing a Splendid Job =D It’s worth the drive up from Mount Washington.

I have been going to this location for years now, and they were usually pretty good at making drinks, but for a couple of months now, I have been going before work, and the drinks have been very nasty. I usually get the blended Frappuccino, and every time I’ve gotten it, it just tastes like coffee and ice blended with nothing else added. That is not how you make a caramel, Frappuccino! I don’t think I will be going back to this location anymore. I will still give it 5 stars for the simple fact that some of the staff is amazing . But the person making the drinks seriously needs to be retrained on how to make the Frappuccino. I hope they fix it because I spend alot of money here and it’s not right for drinks that cost almost 10 bucks to be made wrong especially when you need it for a pick me up before starting a work day.

I usually avoid going to this one and will go out of my way and farther for a different Starbucks. Almost every time they have gotten my order wrong and when I ask them to correct it they act like I’m the problem. It’s amazing that a Starbucks just a little farther down the road is filled with much friendlier and happier employees.
