I needed sustenance for the drive home and decided to get a Mini French Dip Sandwich with a side of Au Jus the least expensive item on the menu coming in at $8.59. I ordered at 11:09am and didn’t get my food until 11:40 something. Hoping it’d be worth the wait, I was disgusted. It’s awful either too much salt or not enough, it ain’t worth it. Just do yourself a favor and drive to the Arizona side and go anywhere else where you’ll spend less money and get something better.

It’s a 20 Minute Wait for Philly Cheese Steak. It was Freshly Grilled with all the Trimmings. Bread was Perfect! Lots of Cheese, Meat and Flavor.

We are diehard Capriotti’s fans and we’re super excited that there is a location in our hotel. We picked there to get our dinner over going out for prime rib or having a meal elsewhere. It took 30 minutes to get our sandwiches, the person in front of us received, ate, and had left long before we got ours with 3 people behind the counter. The sandwiches were by far the worst we have ever had. The Bobby was dry and honestly not recognizable as turkey. It could have been any kind of meat. The Capistrami was gristle. We ate what we could stomach and tossed the rest. Not sure why this location gets such good reviews.

This is NOT a fast food restaurant. Your sandwich is made to order after you order and pay. The sandwiches are fantastic (Philly cheese steak.) Just be prepared to wait about 20 minutes. Good fresh food and worth the wait.

Really horrendous service. 36 minute ticket time for a grilled Italian sub. The place was empty and we were the first or second in line. Ironically, this 36 minute ticket time came after they told us we had to wait 5 minutes to order so they could recover from the previous rush. There was no evidence of any rush nor could there have been as the casino was not that crowded. There were three people working that were friendly enough, but they seemed to be completely disorganized without any really systems or training. The sandwich itself was okay, but it really didn’t not matter much by the time we got there. I would stay away and go to one of the many other restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Huge sammies, super tasty, friendly staff. Got the American wagyu cheesesteak with sweet peppers and man was that a great sandwich! The price is super fair for the size of the sammies and it gives you a few meals out of it too.

So my wife went down and ordered 95 dollars worth of sandwiches from them. She ordered the sandwiches to go and they made them and moved them over to the pick up side and they sat for over an hour and 15 mins before they asked why are you still basically standing there. The cook yelled at the order taker and said they are right there. As you can see the meatball sandwich not good and taste was bland will never eat there again.

The wait time is absurd. 6 weeks ago I ordered 2 sandwiches. An hour later. Nothing. I had to leave for my concert. I had been told a 20 min wait. Waste of 30$. Today. 3rd in line. 15 minutes waiting to order. The workers look so bored and miserable. The order talker was cold. No thank you. No meeting my eyes. I’m now waiting for my food. 20 minutes and nothing. Thank God I came early this time. I know help is hard to find but you need better people. Harder workers. The ones from today obviously don’t like their job. As much as I love the sandwiches here the wait is not worth it I’ll go to in and out first. At least they pretend to be nice and there faster.

I didn’t even know they have one in the edgewater. Used to get them all the time in Vegas. Walked in proposed to the laughing cashier, thanks for being a good sport. She called me “lover boy” hahaha. Took it home and does not disappoint. There is no better sandwich then the capastrami and I’m in heaven. Ty so much and we’ll be back soon…
