Was SUPER excited for this new location because of how poor the other one down the street it. When it first opened, I was in and out of this drive thru in less than a minute or two. Now? 20 something minutes, just like the other one. I’m a former partner so I am truly lost on where these locations are failing so bad. Maybe there was procedure changes where mutli tasking isn’t allowed anymore or the talent just isn’t good.

Sadly, if you’re looking for a better experience than the original Starbucks here, this isn’t it. Only nice things are it’s a cafe store, not just a pick up and it’s new. But that’ll wear off.

My family and I usually go to the Starbucks on walker-lake and we were closer to this one so we went. I decided to try something new and I ordered through the app. I didn’t realize I ordered it warm. I went up to the barista, Dylan I believe and asked for a cup of ice and he offered to remake it for me which I was not expecting. Dylan and Zoe were both very very sweet and very helpful. Thank you both for being so amazing. We need more people like you.

Every time I go in, the staff are always very polite and greet me with a lot of kindness. They always make my order as quick as they can and are very understanding of customizations in my drinks. I always have a really good experience here and I always look forward to being able to chat with the staff.

Let me tell you! This is the best experience I think I’ve ever had at a Starbucks location. I have had a few issues with another one within Mansfield/Ontario and this has made everything worth it, to come here and receive the service that I have received today! Not only was my drink amazing, but the staff there were so kind. They did not rush me when ordering answered all my questions and also made me laugh & we’re so relatable & friendly! All in all with their kindness and service, it was just amazing and I don’t think that we tell people enough when they do a good job and they did a phenomenal job!!! So if you are in the Mansfield or Ontario area this is the location that I would go to for sure!

My first time here was pretty good, my drink was made just as I ordered. The second time I ordered a hot Sugar cookie Latte Venti size in the drive thru. I got my drink and realized while driving off the cup felt light. I couldn’t believe it so I pulled over and opened the cup, over 1/4 of the cup was empty. I feel like I could have just ordered a grande because I didn’t get the amount of coffee I paid for. I didn’t have time to turn back around and wait in line to get this fixed.

Every time we come here and place an order head, “their printer is jammed” and it takes us 20-30 minutes to get a single coffee. I’d recommend staying away until they figure out whatever is going on with their drink label printer.

When we asked to have the drinks remade, the lady said okay and then went right back to working on other orders that were not ours. Several people came and went before we were finally given our drinks after asking a third time about them.

The coffee is good. The food comes from a Microwave… Hot in some spots impossible to chew in others. The girls are very friendly so at least it’s a positive vibe when ordering and picking up in the drive thru.

I’ve been through this drive through 4 times since opening new location here. I gave it 4 chances. Each time has been terrible and slow. Only 3 cars deep average each time and it literally took 25 minutes to get a simple easy to make coffee! This time I sat at window 14 minutes after I paid to get drinks! Total 25 minutes! One drink was good the other hot drinks were actually cold and nasty! The other 3 times through were slow and frustrating as well and also were at least 15 or 20 minutes with not many cars in front of me!

You know what I love? Going to a business to enjoy a cup of coffee and do some work, and have to listen to their employees loudly talking on and on about getting tips, how they want to work Thanksgiving and Christmas shifts because ” people tip really well” those days, how its unfair the tips don’t always get split evenly, and basically overpower the entire ambiance of the place with this conversation. Give me a break, you spend probably 2 minutes or less per customer, handing them a drink they have already paid way too much for. If you have a problem with your pay, take it up with your boss– spare the rest of us from having to hear about how much you do or do not get tipped. At the very least, understand that your job is to provide great customer service and be part of creating an inviting and relaxed environment– which the employees on this shift failed terribly at. Your are not being paid to have a public discussion, in front of customers, about how much you are getting tipped.
