I love going through the drive thru and being told by name to go ahead and pull forward before I say a word. Love the staff and one of my favorite parts is when they open the drive-thru window & I smell fresh brewed coffee grounds! Its amazing! #Smellerific 5 ⭐️

It’s always SO busy here for good reason! The staff is always working extra hard, fast and well organized. I met NATE for the first time yesterday on the register. He was just delightful! I’m usually very well taken care of by everyone there, but wanted to specifically call out the sweet girl with the short auburn (maybe ginger?) hair. Typically I see her at the drive thru window. She is so nice and talks to you like you’re a friend. Just this morning she took care of me when there was an issue with the order. Will update if I figure out her name!

This starbucks is the best one I have ever been to consistently. My food is always hot and my drinks are made with accuracy and consistency to the point it is like drinking a dream. I brag about this starbucks to all of my friends cause the one I have closest to where I live isn’t good. The staff are always incredibly kind and it feels like a great atmosphere and like they are long lost friends. Of the 3 years I have worked in Wooster, this is one place I know I can count on for quality and kindness. This starbucks hires the best of the best!

Nate is the best! Ordered a salted caramel cold brew with extra foam, and they definitely delivered. On top of that, asked if I could buy an extra cup of the cold foam, and he found a way to accommodate it! This store is always friendly and fast, but Nate’s service made this visit 5 star worthy. Give that man a raise!

So I ordered a really annoying, over complicated drink, on a busy Friday…with a disgusting amount of foam. And despite there being no real way to ring out my foam request, Nate made it happen for me. I was here at 5am so obviously it was quiet and everything was quick. The inside seating, chairs and tables are kind of aged. The parking really is bad like everyone else says. I parked in Wendy’s so I could get out easily if I needed to since I stuck around to read a while.

I stopped in 2 days ago; got a mobile order. I messed up my order and got a hot Caramel Brulee, and I meant to order an iced. The gentleman behind the counter immediately offered to remake my drink even though it was my fault that the drink was wrong. He also let me keep the hot version as well. Absolutely made my day, and I wish I would’ve noticed his name. The place is always a vibe and the staff are always happy and cheerful. You won’t be disappointed stopping here.
