The new bartender, Danielle, was AMAZING!! She was super kind and friendly. I ordered coffee after 8pm and she brewed me a fresh pot. She’s my favorite.
Chicken wonton tacos are always a hit! We had a very nice time.

Here’s why 4 ⭐ – order issues.
Problems I’ve had here with incorrect orders or entrès having minimal meat in them were corrected after a quick phone call. 1st time an issue presented itself we were compensated with a choice. Remake the meal or a voucher for a free meal of equal value(I think?). We took the voucher and the former option when this happened again.
Overall though, that’s my only complaint. Service, staff, restaurant environment, and food are all on point – when they’re on point.

You can always tell when you’re in a small town chain restaurant. It was very clean, friendly waitstaff, and the food is, well, better. Almost like they care.
We aren’t chain restaurant people, and have had our fair share of chain restaurants,but if you’re on a budget, these are the places you go to. For us……. Being that it was walking distance of the hotel, it would do.
With that said, the waitress was kind, courteous, food came out quick, and just a better feel atmosphere.
I had the ribeye, which was ok.. it had too much of fat content to it, and very chewy. I mean, for a chain restaurant, they aren’t known to make a good steak, more appetizers and home food.
The tex mex shrimp bowl was very good. Clean, crisp, fresh, and light. I wish I would have ordered that.
Overall, if you’re there and on a budget, why not!

I haven’t been to this restaurant in about 8 years so I thought I’d give it a try. Now I remember why. Wanted steak but mashed potatoes have peels in them. Never been a fan. Decided on fish and chips but no malt vinegar. Love malt vinegar with fried fish and not a fan of anyone’s tarter sauce. I settle on the Bourbon Street mushroom swiss burger, no onion and some pink in the middle. I did get the no onion but burger was overcooked. I’m sure it has meals that appeal to people but when I have my mind set on one thing and forced to settle for 3rd choice you can call me biased. Waitress Dina was nice.

Service was slow. We weren’t ready to order right away so she gave us 10-15 mins to think on it which was long and couldn’t flag her down. There wasnt many customers in the dining area. 5 mins would’ve been better to get out orders in. The food was sad, 3 of us ordered pasta dishes and the noodles were super overcooked and limp. I’m thinking that they pre boil all the noodles then blanch them again to get them hot but over cooked and soggy. Flavors were ok though. And then waiting very long to just pay and get out of there was another 15-20 mins and didn’t see any servers anywhere. Overall not the best experience.

It’s frustrating, if waitress would have checked back she would face known our wings were crispy over cooked like potato chips, won ton tacos only 3 of 4 were filled, drink refills were excellent, never said have a great night see you next time. She was nice. This location has a interesting vibe the 3-5 times I have been here

I’m sure the food in store is great, but never get takeout. I picked up the hot honey glazed chicken skillet and a hamburger. The bottom of the containers were seeped in a mixture of oil and grease, soaking the fries. And the bottom of the hamburger bun. So it wasn’t very appetizing.
