Although my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken express tasted really good, I gave my overall experience a 2 star review because I paid $6.75 for a Venti to not receive a full drink. This is the second time this has happened at this location. For a newly converted Starbucks drinker this isn’t the way to keep me as a customer.

I am very reluctant to post a poor review, but it is the truth. I have repeatedly tried this Starbucks and am consistently disappointed. My hope is that corporate can spend time at this location and help them prepare drinks properly and in a timely manner. My hope was that they had improved during the past 6 months, they actually got worse. I waited 24 minutes for basically milk with matcha on top….no flavor…I wasted $. Sorry….

Couldn’t resist getting one of the specialty drinks named after the 2 witches in Wicked. I’m partial to Elphaba’s Cold brew but I am going through try the other drink soon. By the way, if you love Wizard of Oz, it’s a must to take your kids & go see this movie. It’s fantastic & your truth of who you thought the Wicked witch of the west was will change forever!!! This drink is very tasty as well & because I also love matcha it was a win for me. Those little Apple croissants are seasonal & very tasty too. My little dog Poe loved his pup cup as well.

No complaints on drinks but the current employees on Saturday afternoon/evenings are some of the most rude, unfriendly people. I’ve been there a handful of times and everytime I’ve been polite and friendly and I either get a one word response or nothing at all.

Fast service and a very friendly staff. This location doesn’t have much seating inside and it’s a bit of a smaller outside patio area. But they do have a drive thru and a full menu option of sandwiches and pastries. Good WiFi and the location is right in the mix of other shopping, so very convenient.

I came in this morning and ordered a strawberry berry acai with lemonade and matcha and from what I understand is that they’re are now blending the drink instead of shaking it in the shaker. I go in again and request the same drink request of not blending it but shake it please and they lied to my face and tried to convince me of what they did. People have to understand you never know who is ordering. I was on the creation team that created this drink I have been ordering this drink for 25 years and I know the difference. Maybe the best response instead of keeping up with the lie they should have made it in front of me again just to maintain perfect customer service…..word to management upgrade how you respond to guest
