There is no sense of good customer service. They are there for a paycheck, and they will make your food because they have to not for any other reason. They don’t care for the place. There is no silverware in its place, and the soda machine is dirty, and without ice for your drinks, I was gonna ask for silverware and ice and before I could speak, an employee cut me off to tell me that she knew “there was no ice in the machine and she had to fill it up from the machine in the back” but she was talking to her friend and “the drinks are cold enough for you to just drink them”

Great food, get a burrito as loaded as you want for about $12. And they don’t charge for every little extra like other burrito places in town, even the guacamole! Plus they’re cooking fresh all day, meat cooked and cut throughout the day instead of cooking a bunch at once and putting it in storage like other local burrito places do!

There is a sweet black lady who works here and helped me and my husband with getting our drink and food to our table. I am physically disabled and had forgotten my cane, and we had planned on going home and not eating out at first. But my husband was hungry so we stopped for food. After ordering he helped me to a table while she helped bring our food and drink to us, all while worrying over me and making sure I was comfortable. She even checked on us a few times. She was very kind and her service and kindness to me was something I won’t forget anytime soon.

Waited nearly an hour after ordering online. I get it that they get busy but when I got there they hadn’t even started making my order. They did apologize for the wait but I feel like management needs to take a closer look at online ordering. First time I had to wait this long but I’m used to waiting 10-15 minutes after the expected pick up time.

The Qdoba staff really needs to train their staff on how to roll a burrito. The girl who rolled my burrito, rolled it terribly, looked me in the face then proceeded to wrap it in foil and still put it in the bag with all of the ingredients falling out into the bag. I then had to pull it out and re roll it myself. I like Qdoba but it fustrates me when i go and cant order a burrito because I see all the people who have ruined my previous burritos.

I ordered the taco bowl with brisket, white rice, black beans. Portion wise is decent, price $10.89 after tax, I took it to go, without a beverage. The ranch that comes with it is phenomenal, the brisket is phenomenal, the atmosphere reminds me of a Chipolte and Tijuana flats (without the awesome selection of salsas).
