I’m torn. This was my first time having Qdoba. The bowl looked beautiful and everything was fresh. I got ample servings of everything…. except the item I paid 3.50 extra to have more of. At first I had to check my receipt. I thought maybe I forgot to order extra chicken because as you can see from my picture there is no chicken in sight. I had to hunt and peck for it.

Don’t usually post negative reviews, but I am tired of the quality of food and service lately. Last 3 times they have been out of at least one item I wanted on my burrito at noon. After my food was started it took 10 minutes before I got to pay so food was half cold by the time I sat down to eat. Seems like management is either oblivious of what is going on in the front or just don’t care about the frustrated customers waiting because they needed help on the line, especially on the lunch rush.

Bunch of highschool and college kids that work here who have no professional courtesy. They rush you through your order and behave as if you are inconveniencing them by being a customer.
The restaurant definitely needs attention on the cleanliness side.
Despite me enjoying Qdoba’s food, I am not coming back here. I recommend that you go to Smiling Moose Deli which is next door or Three Amigos Southwest Grill across town for a better dining experience for similar foods.

I ordered the taco bowl with brisket, white rice, black beans. Portion wise is decent, price $10.89 after tax, I took it to go, without a beverage. The ranch that comes with it is phenomenal, the brisket is phenomenal, the atmosphere reminds me of a Chipolte and Tijuana flats (without the awesome selection of salsas).
The ONLy reason I didn’t give five stars is because my brisket meat, rice and beans are only mildly warm, while the queso is warmed to a higher temperature, still not adequately hot.

I rarely make any Google reviews, but definitely needed to this week. My experience at this Qdoba in Williston has been amazing! They are super busy at lunch, no doubt about it! So make sure you give yourself plenty of time. But the food was good and the service was phenomenal! The lady at the cash register (her name is Tonya) is incredibly welcoming and talks to me like we have known each other for years. She calls every sweetie. ❤️ What a refreshing interaction! She should be a manager if she isn’t already. And she should be training everyone on customer service and having a great attitude. What a gem! I will definitely return just for her smile and conversation.

The Qdoba staff really needs to train their staff on how to roll a burrito. The girl who rolled my burrito, rolled it terribly, looked me in the face then proceeded to wrap it in foil and still put it in the bag with all of the ingredients falling out into the bag. I then had to pull it out and re roll it myself. I like Qdoba but it fustrates me when i go and cant order a burrito because I see all the people who have ruined my previous burritos.

20 bucks for rice and one meat, more worried about online orders, never have all drinks. Not worth going in after 4:00 pm. Always dirty at night time Only good when Latonya is working
