The drinks here were great but have gone down hill lately. I asked for a strawberry matcha frap but got a strawberry creme frap instead and when I asked her for the proper drink it tasted like whatever and still had small ice chunks in it. I think my visits here are over..

Got a drink here last night and it was so bad I had to spit it out. I couldn’t figure out what it was (not a typical spoiled milk, or just a burnt coffee taste) something was seriously wrong with my drink. (I’m sure we have all suffered through that slightly burnt coffee taste a time or two) Bad enough I went back to let them know, to maybe check dates on what they put in or something and to me it just seemed like I was bothering them because they were just trying to assume I had gotten a new drink and didn’t like the flavor. Until I told them it’s a drink I had gotten all the time and from this location as well. They had made me a different drink but it was to late the other drink had made my stomach turn and now have been constantly sick from it (can confirm it is the drink cause it was the only thing I had since noon and it was past 6pm.) With the weird taste I’m wondering if maybe they were cleaning equipment and it got into my drink…

I rolled up to the drive thru to hear the employees talking shit over the drive through speaker. They used to be good at this location but the last few times I’ve come they’ve messed my drink up multiple times and been really rude. Today I was in the drive thru, as the only car, fir 20 minutes. My order was wrong. When I told the Barista, she pointed out the one part she got right. Ok, well good job but it’s still the wrong size and the wrong drink. So she remade it. It was still the wrong drink. Then she asked if I wanted her to make it again, like I’m inconveniencing her. Yes, I obviously want you to make it again. God forbid I expect to get what I asked for.
They did give me a refund but I’m still 20 minutes late for work so it is what it is.
I’ll just go to the one in twinsburg from now on

I have been here 3 times now and have had 1 drink that was right. The last time I went i ordered a strawberry matcha with strawberry cold foam at the drive thru, I received a mocha something instead. When I told the person at the window that was the wrong drink the proceded to tell me I was wrong and I ordered a mocha. I told her that it was not what i ordered and she handed it to me anyway, i didnt have the time for them to make the right drink. I wanted a matcha not a mocha, I am very disappointed in this location and won’t be back.

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and usually have a great experience, but unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet the standard I’m used to.
We went through the drive-through, and while the customer service was friendly and professional, my drink was a big letdown. I ordered my usual Iced Matcha Latte, which I get all the time, and it took noticeably longer than usual to make. When I finally got it, the drink was the worst I’ve had from any Starbucks.
After just a few sips, I could tell something was off—it was extremely watered down and tasted like cold milk with barely any matcha. The color was a very light green, which made me think they didn’t use enough matcha powder. I couldn’t even finish it because it lacked flavor entirely.
I appreciate the service, but I hope this location pays more attention to the drink prep quality in the future.
We went back and asked for a replacement, and the second Matcha Latte was much better—richer in color and taste. I appreciate the staff for remaking it without hesitation. Just hope for more consistency next time.

Standard Starbucks fare which is always good. Nice location right off of the turnpike which is convenient for travelers. The baristas are always nice. Outside seating for times when weather permits. Located in the heart of Streetsboro, along with other great shopping and dining options.

Went through drive through this morning. Ordered cold brew with French vanilla flavor. First the price jumped to over 7.00 and charged .80 for flavor. Next when I got the drink it has zero flavor in it. Called and let them know that they have lost my business, this is Ohio, not California, nobody paying that much for a cup of coffee
