I’m from Arkansas and can’t find good BBQ and queso. The nachos were phenomenal. My husband had a two meat plate with brisket and sausage along with corn and beans. Everything had amazing flavor and seasoning. Customer service was great!!

I’m not one to order bbq nachos, but something about the description of the brisket nachos swayed me. The brisket was phenomenal, the queso was incredible, and the bbq sauce tied everything together to make one VERY satisfying plate of the BEST nachos I’ve ever had. Even better? They didn’t skimp on anything like most places that serve nachos. There was a ton of meat, queso covering every single chip, a huge portion of guacamole and sour cream, and the right amount of jalapeños. I ate so much I could barely eat my turkey sandwich, which was equally amazing. Potato salad was also fantastic! If you go here, don’t skip the brisket nachos, although you might not be able to eat anything else. Yum!

The atmosphere was amazing and the vibes were great to hang out. However, the food was nothing to write home about, the brisket was dry and the hibachi truck stand was very bland and hard to eat. The noodles seem to be something that could be bought at Walmart and microwaved at home. I would return to relax and enjoy the vibes, but definitely not to eat here again

Wow! Was pleasantly surprised by this food truck experience. Indoors was warm during the weather. Brisket was great, nice sauce and homemade red potato salad. I did the 3 meat sandwich. What a huge helping! Loved the cheese jalapeño sausage. A must in Ruidoso.

The BBQ was just okay—not bad, but nothing to rave about—but the place itself totally made up for it. It had such a fun, laid-back vibe with shelves full of board games, which made the experience way more enjoyable. We picked a game, grabbed our food, and ended up spending a couple of hours just laughing and playing while we ate. Sharing that time with someone I care about turned a pretty average lunch into a genuinely great memory. It’s the kind of spot that’s more about the atmosphere and company than just the food, and I’d absolutely go back for that.

Horrible place. Not much for the price. Meat had no flavor at all. To much fat on the brisket. The pork wasn’t pulled to much and no flavor. Really hard to chew.Brisket and Pork. Felt like a mouth full of mush. Wanted ribs on a Saturday and they were out and it was only 1:30 PM. Menu on the web is different prices than in person. The food was very cold. They automatically put a tip on, so watch your card. Couldn’t get money back.
