Can’t say enough how great this Starbucks location is! Everyone is super friendly and goes out of their way to be quick and kind to every customer. Emerson especially makes it a point that every order is perfect and gets to know the customers. I always have a great experience, can’t wait to get my coffee in the morning!

Frequently come to this location since it is close to my job. Today I didn’t want food just a water. The snobby lady on drive thru speaker says “unfortunately without a purchase I can’t give you a free water.” Ma’am I spend at least $50 a week in here !!! I never asked for anything free! Why assume? You could have simply just gave me the price of the cup of water instead of being rude. I never request a “ free water !!!” I simply ordered one. I don’t mind paying $1-$3 for a cup of water especially when I spend way more on my drinks and food. Stop assuming that people are always looking for free. As a regular customer I am just not feeling the atmosphere today and the way the drive thru lady just assumed I came for free stuff is unacceptable! This is my 3rd time receiving poor service… I do not come to Starbucks daily to assume things will be free. Please get better customer service skills. This is a wonderful establishment and I hope someday it will be better for others

Absolutely terrible service here. Asked for a Venti Latte with NO foam. Get the latte and it’s 3/4 full and then an inch or more of foam. How hard is it to make a simple drink?? Then on top of that the simple employee who made it the first time, remade the drink with major attitude and then still had lots of foam on top. The employee had a mustache if that helps cause he should be re-trained. But I will say that the employee named Claire was super nice and made the extra effort to resolve the problem.

By far the best location in the area. (Heisley Rd. location would be 2nd). The majority of the staff is always pleasant and friendly. They move very quickly and organized when busy and even when not. Acknowledge every person that walks through the door even when they’re slammed. Always polite, even with difficult customers. They create an atmosphere that you want to go back to.

This is a very nice Starbucks. It has probably the most friendly staff I have seen so far, the wonderful Barista I talked to ask me right away if I’d like a suggestion, that’s never happened before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was darling that they have little plants out on their window ledge what a nice touch. The details matter to me and this was a sweet Edition. My mocha coffee frappe was done to perfection. I really need another one in my life immediately.

Pro tip – go inside the store and order as the drive up lane is frequently backed up around the store. There is a small patio on the front of the store, and the inside is just a fairly typical Starbucks.
