We went in for a dinner , we were 4 people.
We specially went to try their pulavs as i have been hearing about them from a long time.

It was raining heavily and the place is pretty much empty.
We tried Nag’s special spicy gobi and paneer kunda pulav.

Pulav is flavored perfectly and cooked to perfection.
They only start cooking after you order so every pulav can be customized and fresh.

Gobi felt little spicy as it sounds but it was good too.
Overall a must try place if you are pulavs fan.

Went to this place on weekend. Not so crowded limited seating but decent. Ordered mutton classic kunda pulav took about 30 mins to get to table. Kunda Pulav is ok not so great as hyped. Salan/curry and raita dint look or taste fresh. Customer service is good and friendly staff.

After a long time, I felt compelled to write a review for an Indian restaurant because our family truly enjoyed the food at Nag’s Kitchen.
There are a few strong reasons why this place stood out for us:

1. Warm hospitality and clear explanations: From the moment we walked in, we were greeted very warmly. The staff took the time to patiently explain each food item and its ingredients, which we really appreciated. A special mention to the person at the register wearing an orange hoodie—he explained everything in great detail and maintained a genuinely welcoming smile throughout the conversation. That personal touch made a big difference.

2. Excellent food quality: The items we ordered were all very good, but the Goat Fry Piece Biryani deserves special praise. The meat was perfectly cooked, extremely flavorful, and the pieces were tender and delicious. It truly stood out as one of the best goat biryanis we’ve had in a while.

3. Fresh and natural taste: Another thing we liked is that the food did not seem to contain any artificial colors or added tasting salt. The flavors felt authentic, clean, and home-style, which is not easy to find these days.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the experience at Nag’s Kitchen. It’s a place we definitely plan to keep visiting and would happily recommend to others looking for authentic, well-prepared Indian food.

We dined at Nag’s Kitchen and loved both the food and the service! Tried their Gongura Paneer Pulav , rumali roti and kadai paneer. They are running a special on pulav for $8.99 — great flavor and totally worth the price.

I recently tried the Chicken Biryani at Nag’s Kitchen during their promotion offer, and it was absolutely worth it! The biryani was packed with flavor — perfectly cooked basmati rice, tender chicken pieces, and just the right blend of spices. You can really taste the freshness and authenticity in every bite.

We recently dined at Nag’s Kitchen and had an overall delightful experience. We ordered three dishes: Kunda Pulav, Karivepaku Chicken Appetizer, and Nags Special Chicken Biryani. Each dish was well-prepared, with the Karivepaku Chicken Appetizer standing out for its bold, aromatic flavors and perfect crispiness. The Nags Special Chicken Biryani was equally impressive, offering a rich blend of spices and tender chicken that made every bite enjoyable. However, I found the Kunda Pulav, despite its popularity, to be slightly underwhelming compared to the hype surrounding it. While it was flavorful, it didn’t quite meet the high expectations set by its reputation. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting. I truly appreciate the care put into the food and the welcoming atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of the menu and would recommend [Restaurant Name] to others seeking a flavorful meal. Thank you for a memorable evening!

1 Star Review Would Give 0 If Possible, Worst Experience Ever!
Nags Kitchen advertised a $4.99 biryani offer for their anniversary, but the whole experience was a complete mess. I called to place my order, and they told me to call back after an hour. When I called again, they repeated the same thing call after one hour. After waiting and following up multiple times, they finally accepted my order.

When I went to pick it up after ordering an hour earlier, they said it was finished! And then they asked me to wait another 30 more minutes. This is completely unprofessional. If you don’t want to honor your promotion, don’t advertise it just to bring customers in.

What’s even more disappointing is that when I ordered food a week back, they themselves mentioned about their upcoming anniversary promo and encouraged me to come and now they act like this? Totally misleading and poor management.

And on top of all this, please don’t ask customers to write 5-star reviews after giving such a terrible experience. That’s completely wrong and misleading to others.

Not even worth one star, but since there’s no option for zero, I had to give one. Very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your time here there are far better places that actually value their customers and keep their word.

We recently ordered the gongura chicken kunda pulav, boneless chicken biryani, and mutton pulav. While the dishes were acceptable, they did not exceed expectations. Specifically, the gongura chicken lacked the distinctive flavor of gongura and did not offer the anticipated level of spice. The boneless chicken biryani and mutton pulav were satisfactory. Given the extensive selection of Indian restaurants available in Dallas, we are currently evaluating whether to return to this establishment.

Visited Nags Kitchen recently and was a bit disappointed with the food.

We ordered chicken lollipops and chicken chatpat as appetizers. The chicken tasted more like regular curry gravy, and the crispy corn was very dry and hard to eat.

For the main course, we had chicken pot pallav, but it tasted mostly like salty rice with very little flavor.
