I was very pleased with the drive-thru experience this time! Most days the employees are kind (I usually just get a mobile order anyways) but she went above and beyond to wish me a happy birthday and give me advice on other places with freebies in the area! It helps when an employee is personable and kind. Plus the shaken espresso with peppermint syrup was DELICIOUS. Just what I needed for my birthday, a little holiday cheer

Olivia was outstanding. She was warm, friendly, outgoing and professional. I am singling her out because SHE was outstanding. The other staff members need training. I only got a quick glance at her name tag to make a mental note but she should be manager or should be training the other staff she was that good. Coffee, food and atmosphere is very “Starbucks” generic, but it is rare to find someone actually trained well and providing good customer service. Bravo Olivia.

Im only giving stars because the employees are usually very nice but this isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience here unfortunately. Recently I ordered a impossible breakfast sandwich with no cheese (dairy allergy) and it had cheese on it:( i was so disappointed. I have an allergy and spent $6 on a sandwich I couldn’t eat. I had to go to work immediately after so I couldnt get the problem fixed. I was so excited for my sandwich!

Love when you place a mobile order and go there to pick it up and the café is closed for maintenance. The drive thru is wrapped around the building and hanging into the street. Why can’t you do this work overnight or at least let people know when placing an order! This is the 2nd time in a few months you have done this!

They were out of the drink I originally ordered, but Nick was so accommodating and helped me find a new drink that was just as delicious. He really went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.
