Claimed there was raspberry cold foam added when I watched them sprinkle the tiniest amount because they filled it with too much matcha. I asked if they could fix it and he said “I did it myself so it’s correct” and then another lady chimed in from across the room to say “yeah it’s in there I watched him.” Very rude and tastes like matcha and nothing else. No raspberry. He claimed the matcha bubbled with the cold foam even though I saw him do it from the window. If I order overpriced drinks they should at least be made correctly.

Needs new manager. Maybe Patrick was on his cycle or going through menopause having hot flashes or something but if a customer ask for extra and is willing to pay the extra it shouldn’t be a problem but with Patrick it was unheard of. As if who ask for extra of this or that. Go to different locations and never have that problem, NEVER.

I recommend a drink to my sister. She went into this store and asked for the “mocha cookie crumble” the cashier said she didn’t know what that drink was but she would give her a “cookie like drink”. She was given a caramel brûlée latte. I’m not sure how this is similar at all or how the cashier was unable to recall or look up a popular drink on their menu.

The girl at the register was friendly but it took entirely too long to get my drink and there was more talking and joking on their headsets than drink-making. It wasn’t terribly busy and there wasn’t a line inside at all when I got there and ordered.

One of my favorite Starbucks in the area. Managers are so kind & the atmosphere is great. Just miss the old interior of the store. New interior is very closed off with fewer comfortable places to sit and work.

Gave 1 star because of the drive thru being curved and having short poles on both sides I side swiped one of the poles and messed my truck all up and now I have to have a body shop fix it. That drive thru is ridiculous.

Waited nearly 20 minuets for my drink. While people came in after me and left before me. I understand that baristas have goals they need to meet with their drive through times, but it is absolutely unacceptable to abandon cafe orders in order to do so.

I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I left my house, and then I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be ready when I got there. I had a shaken espresso, with vanilla cream sweet foam. While making it, she spilled half my drink and just filled the rest with the Sweet vanilla foam and the sweet vanilla foam isn’t vanilla, I can tell she put caramel syrup in it instead so that’s annoying. On top of all that, I didn’t get my caramel drizzle. I’m pregnant so not even gonna drink it cause who knows if it’s actually decaf at this point. So not only was it a big waste of money but also made me late to work.(:

Stop to pickup a mobile order that was f9r in-store pickup to find after I park & get out of my vehicle that the store is closed for a meeting…then was directed to the longest drive-thru line ever. Definitely will not return to this location!
