Highly recommend!! We came with a party of 6 on a Saturday evening. They got us right in. We did have a small issue with our table and let them know, and the staff was overly accommodating.
Once we worked out the table issue, we got two large seafood boil combos and some drinks. Their portions are very generous. The seafood was great quality and size. The crab legs were large and had plenty of meat. We also loved the large mussels they used.
We ordered the garlic butter and the shaking cajun seasoning for the boils. Both of the flavors we ordered were delicious and flavorful. I believe the shaking crab seasoning did have more flavor even though they were both great.

When our food came it looked so good. My friend and I were excited. But sadly the food had no taste. It was bland. The only thing that tasted somewhat okay was the crab legs. However, it wasn’t that great. The service was great and the staff was great.

It was surprisingly small inside but the staff is very welcoming at one point they took our coats and put them in plastic bags so that they wouldn’t get dirty I thought that was really considerate of them. The drinks are really strong which is not to my liking but my partner really enjoyed them. The food comes out really quickly everything was hot very tasty and well seasoned. I thought the lobster tail was a little bit overcooked but that’s about the only criticism I have for the food.

Loved it! We ordered the jumbo tray with hot sauce, a bag of crawfish, a bag of lobster tails and some sides to go with it. It was delicious The staff were really friendly. Portions were so generous. The music was great. We walked out feeling so full – mind, body and soul!

We entered on a Tuesday evening, to our surprise it was very loud/rowdy, we got the king crab which was okay not as large /fresh as I anticipated. The shrimp was kinda mediocre small, not cleaned properly either. Overall not bad but kinda average seafood.

The food here is delicious, and the fact that it came out pipping hot is what made it excellent for me. Snow crab legs were succulent and cooked to perfection. The garlic noodles and corn were a hit for as well. We were here to celebrate a birthday, and the wait staff took care of our birthday lady. I’ll definitely be back!!!

First time here and will not be my last, the seasoning of seafood boil was delicious, I got the medium spice, will up the notch up next time because I love spicy. The food seafood boil came out pippin hot! Ordered the spicy calamari, it wasnt spicy but that was ok. The drinks were good, first i ordered the Hennessy punch, it was ok, then ordered the margaritas, those were better, meaning more strong. The sodas are not watered down. The staff was really nice and the atmosphere and music was good. I came on a gloomy rainy Sunday late afternoon and this place lifted my spirits up.

My daughter and I have not been to shaking Crab for some time. So my taste buds was excited to have the garlic and butter sauce pre-COVID. Well, everything has changed. Not only was the sauce not the same, the food was very bland and I had to ask for seasoning. They straight up just put garlic and butter on our food. Not only that there were a few times where we had to ask for stuff that was missing like eggs, broccoli. We decided that we were going to get a to-go and when we got home my other daughter saw that there was no noodles and eggs that we had paid for. So not only will I not ever go back to this one particular restaurant I don’t think I will visit any of them because the quality of the food has gone down so much. What happened?
