We are here for softball. The drive-thru had 8 cars in it, yet we were out in less than 5 minutes. Great service and drinks with modifications were correct. Softball mommas know, we need fast caffeine!!

Drive through order, ordered Dragon drink trenta size & was supposed to include 2 “scoops” of dragonfruit, it included only 2 cubes of dragon fruit. Why are they being so stingy on this fruit? I would rather pay more & get it as it is supposed to be!! The dragon fruit does make a difference!!

Specified what drink I wanted twice and it was still wrong. Also lady at the window was not very friendly, and was rude. Both our drinks were very watered down and nasty, I much prefer the Starbucks closer to my house.

Wow…as regular of this store, I am so disappointed that I have to write this review.
I went in this evening after work and the entire experience was just so poor.
The attitude from one of the baristas, Evan was just awful. Multiple drinks being sent back, attitudes with the customers and the other staff members, and just all around a poor experience.
I know this store can do much better.

Everything on here was not good. The service sucked. They didn’t cover the lid and they were rude when we asked to make it again. They asked us to cover them to make sure they were covered right. That is not our job to cover them correctly. How rude is that. We are the customers

Terrible store. Employee trying to become Tiktok famous! I ordered matcha tea from Starbucks in Derby Square. Its closed for remodeling. Redirects you to this store in front of Home Depot. I called the number on my in app receipt. Discovered they redirect your order to this store. I called the girl that answered said OUT of matcha tea. I said just cancel and refund. She said CANT REFUND OVER PHONE. You have to go into store for refund. I hung up. Im on a scooter I thought our conversation was over! I got to the store and she said I’m not helping you. You hung up on me! OMG can’t be real. I looked over another employee sitting behind me with her phone. Ready to record. The guy in the pic really wanted to help but she said she’s the manager and he’s not helping! Yep trying to become Tiktok famous. Btw I’m on a scooter! No one should buy anything from this store. I hope they have cameras to prove my story and she’s a liar!

I will say I am a regular at this store (campus the barista) absolutely a gem, she is so nice and amazing, takes good care of me and makes my drink amazing! I will say the attitudes from the other baristas are absolutely terrible, for the amount of times I’ve been here I’ve witnessed so many times how rude the person would be taking my order, and or making my drink, i tried to get attention to one of the baristas about a forgotten item from my friend that had ordered she looked me in my eyes, rolled her eyes and walked away with no item received, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this and honestly I wonder if they even like their job half the time, I think this store needs serious attitude and tone adjustments I could sit here and name them all but their is no need to call them out they know who they are because it’s every single time I go in! It has been so bad recently I decided I need to leave a review I’m tired of it.
