Buying coffee and drinks here isn’t cheap and when I pay top dollar for a drink I expect it to be the same quality everywhere. I continuously get drinks at this location that are wrong or just bad. Today I got a pumpkin cream chai and the foam was “sad”….. Which is crazy to me because you have a fully suited bar with all the tools you need to blend heavy cream and flavoring to make cold foam that holds up… It takes two seconds, and it’s supposed to be thick. Like everywhere else. I ordered a single shot of espresso as well. I got neither. The first drink they handed me had regular milk with no foam. The second one had the thought of cold foam just the bubbles I have no clue HOW or WHY, but the espresso was missing too. Bro it’s EXPENSIVE to get the wrong drink. Someone needs to put a person who shows effort in their job to make these drinks..we can’t keep wasting money. And yeah I’m showing patronage cause I love Starbucks. I don’t want to make it at home, but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be made right. I want this place to stay in business but you have all the tools you need to make the drinks right and there has to be some standard operating procedure that someone is not following. Please do a quality check. Training. I don’t know, something that will change this.

And yeah I know they’ll remake it but not everyone has the time to return the same drink twice at the drive thru I’m sorry, but that’s just not a solution. I’m happy to take any other form of resolution.

This is second time this happened at this location this week. When I go to pick up my coffee through the drive through once they see your paying with a card they cans you the tap to pay kiosk it always asks for a tip first before you even put the card in… I always tip but twice this week two different people added in a $ tip then handed me the card reader… now they were just screwing themselves cause I always tip $1 for counter a $1 for the person making the drink but this is unethical!

I ordered one coffee at this Starbucks location at around 2:50 PM, but I didn’t receive my drink until about 3:10 PM. Waiting 20 minutes for a single coffee felt far too long.

What was especially disappointing was that I noticed the staff prioritizing drive-thru and mobile orders while in-store customers were left waiting without acknowledgment.

I felt very frustrated and disappointed with the service. If in-store orders cannot be handled properly, I don’t think they should be accepted at the same time. I hope management can improve the workflow and give equal attention to customers who order inside the store.

Every time I go here I come for a blonde vanilla Latte and a blended matcha and they always and I repeat ALWAYS get it right! They’re so friendly and give me the best service. Sometimes they even include a few doodles on my cup that lightens up my mood! Love this place and the staff!

They make the best drinks and this location is great. But I went in today to try and study and they were ONLY playing Taylor Swift on the speakers… like no other genre or artist. I couldn’t even focus. I didn’t have my headphones unfortunately but I’ve never been somewhere where they only play one artist repetitively… it honestly bothered me so much that there was no variety of music. She’s not the worst artist but why are the employees only playing the same music over and over… it was extremely annoying. Please play a variety of music please. I don’t hate Taylor Swift but playing her stuff every single song is obsessive… Very upset I couldn’t study in this location. I had to leave.

Wrote it before. Writing it again… the staff really knows about making great coffee. They love my little companion. They remember the things you frequently like and may ask you if you want the same. They don’t ask me. They know. They are a great team from manager to newly hire. This is the best StarBucks for a coffee addict. And the banana bread can be warmed (I believe) since it’s been a while I’ve purchased for me. Minutes the removal of the nutty things… He, too, loves going to Starbucks and he likes the staff as well. Can’t ask or say more than – they better be paying my Starbucks ladies a really great price because they go Anita d beyond to make the coffee experience fantabulous!

I visited this Starbucks location on September 5th around 1:00 PM and placed a mobile order before entering the drive-thru line. When I provided my name at the speaker, the clerk stated, “you just placed this order while in the drive-thru line, it’s going to take 7–12 minutes—you’ll have to wait in a parking spot until it’s ready.” I explained that I had placed the order before entering the line, but she responded, “same difference, next time don’t do that again.”

When I pulled up to the window, she repeated that I would need to park and wait. I asked to speak to a manager, and she replied abruptly, “I am the manager.” Her tone throughout the entire encounter was unnecessarily curt and dismissive. At no point was I rude, and I would have had no issue waiting in line for my order, as one would expect when ordering at the speaker. However, her approach made the interaction very uncomfortable and far from the level of customer service I would expect.

I ultimately asked for my order to be canceled and left the location. I then contacted Starbucks customer service, who informed me that the district manager would be made aware of the situation. I would also hope to be contacted directly, as this experience warrants further discussion. I proceeded to visit another location where I was able to place the same order without issue.
