I walked in at 7:50 thinking they closed at 9:00 pm. The worker immediately approached me in a rude manner “we are closed I am just finishing his drink” I am aware to not walk in before the store is going to close. But as a Starbucks Partner I know it is their duty to serve a customer to the best satisfaction if the dorms remained open. “Even for a hot chocolate” I asked an immediate no was given in return. I am disappointed in this service as I walked in before closing and witnessed an order being made as I was then denied service. Unprofessional and Upsetting result of a trip.

Just before seven on a Sunday I had the pleasure of stopping in here, and ordering a couple frappuccinos, a pumpkin loaf, and a yogurt parfait for my partner and I as we got back on the road to head home. The barista taking our order was very pleasant and energetic, asked us if we had any questions about the menu or needed any recommendations. One drink was made the incorrect size and if we’d mentioned it I’m sure it would’ve been corrected, but as it was getting later and we had many miles to go, it just wasn’t worth the wait.

Absolutely fantastic! I came in unsure of what to order, thankfully my incredible server, Madison W, was patient with me from start to finish. She even helped to customize my order to my taste! On top of it all, her recommendation for my drink turned out to be delicious. The only unfortunate part of my trip was the fact that I didn’t tip her enough. Well done Starbucks, I’ll be back soon!

So, I am sitting in the lobby typing this. I ordered the wrong drink, and my daughter spilled her refresher within 5 minutes. This is important because the staff’s customer service and kindness at this SB’s location are at the next level! In today’s world, this isn’t normal. Way to go! 5 stars!

Very dissapointed with the service here. It was late in the day, around 5:30 Sunday 6/22 and I went in to buy a bottle of water (already had a refresher when we were shopping at Easton). They were out of bottled water. Then I asked if I could have a grande ice water. The barrista said I had to buy something to get an ice water. I tried to reason and said I would gladly buy a bottle of water but you don’t have any. Barista said I know we sold out. Then I asked since you don’t have any for sale can I have an ice water. Barista said no, it’s against corporate policy. I asked for an exception since they had none for sale and again it was just no its against corporate policy. All the responses from the Barista was with a sassy attitude. Didn’t appreciate the attitude and I feel like the amount of money we spend at starbucks a simple cup of ice water should have been an easy ask especially when they were sold out of bottles.
