I’ve been coming to this Starbucks consistently for the past year and a half, and in all that time, I’ve never had an experience that made me not want to return. Even on the rare occasions when my drink has been made incorrectly, the staff has promptly remade it with a smile and genuine appreciation for my understanding.

This location is often out of my way, yet I choose to come here because of the exceptional service and consistent quality.

Thank you as a big shout out to the opening staff on August 11, 2025. Great job!

First of all they were closed for a whole month because they were in strike but nothings changed still , when I contacted the customer services I was told they have to re make my drink as many times until it is right , but yesterday I get my usual coffeee and all the cream was on top coffee on the bottom not even mixed at all , so I kindly asked the guy at the drive through if they could shake it well so I could actually drink it and not waste it he tells me he can give me straw and I have to do it my self , remember I have been going to this location for years always an issue I only stop by just cox it’s closer to me , anyways then I tell him maby re make my drink because it doesn’t look right and I am spending $ 5.45 on my coffee and Usally grab a bagel , some of the staff are so rude they need to do their job right and some of them always look so grumpy any time of the day , never treat you right, I spend 9.75 every day but it’s worth less . I contact customer service. And they actually listen whenever I stop by but then it goes back to the old habit

Starbucks used to be known for tge amazing experience and tgecservice level. Not this one. They were closed for a month for a dumb strike…. and then magically reopened but thecservice is terrible. I stopped to get coffee and they said sorry we dont open for 2 mins… literally 2 mins and they couldnt helo me get on my way. Then I pushed 0 tip and the guy made a mad face. They already have good benefits and pay to be a barista. They are not great at all sadly.

Last night, this Starbucks location made my brother and his girlfriend, both minors, wait outside in the dark in sub zero degree wind-chill because they were waiting for a ride home from my parents. Absolutely despicable. I grew up working in food service and it was against policy to ask a customer to leave the dining room just so we could close. What you do is you lock the doors, and then when they are ready, you walk them to the door and lock it behind them. In this day and age anything could have happened while they were outside alone in the freezing cold in the dark. They were waiting simply because road conditions wouldn’t allow my parents to get there faster. I don’t care if they “made up for it” after my mom’s persistence with the manager over the phone. That doesn’t negate the real danger those Starbucks employees put my brother in. Perhaps if the kids were white, they wouldn’t have been asked to stand outside in the freezing cold, alone in the dark. This is completely unacceptable and ‘free drinks’ was the absolute bare minimum to mediate that today.

All the workers were great and I loved my experience, all workers but one. I’m not sure of her name but I think the name tag said Jay. I overheard a girl talking to the cashier asking if they were currently hiring and when he said he wasn’t sure and that he could grab a team lead or a manager, he asked the team lead “Jay” and she replied with “doesn’t she see all these orders we have, that’s not important”, which was very dismissive and the girl was kind about it. She had an attitude but other than that I loved this place and I would come back whenever she’s not there!

Good location. Not too busy inside. Seems like it had less seating space.

Drinks was good, well made.

Tables and benches can use a good wipe down.

They’re always amazing and helpful. When my brain won’t do brain stuff without coffee, the staff basically will hold my hand. So patient, so thorough. Rarely am I on the receiving end of mistakes. These people are doing the work that keeps the Universe flowing.

Sad, rarely treat myself & family…did mobile app choose pick up drive thru. Said name at window but go no response & I asked am I good a response was yes, pulled up, woman asked if my drink was a blonde something & I said no, and showed my phone with the mobile order, with drive thru option selected. She turned around and got my sandwich & croissant than said mobile Kathleen order….Not sure what is up with Starbucks here…but handed me a bag with cheese goo on it as well as chocolate on the croissant…and handed me drinks with not plugs for the tops….this is extremely disappointing…
Will never come back to this one. The woman seemed flustered working and perhaps not a good fit to be the face of interaction with customers. We all have our bad days but her bad day made me a bit bitter….avoid this location

Drive thru customer here: It’s unprofessional to not acknowledge someone when they drive up to the order screen. Having your customer make the initial contact is weird! Do better!

Not a fan of being forced to tip. I absolutely tip every single time but the holding the entire thing out of the window on a rainy day and having to find a button with a glare on the screen and having to find where I have to press to take my payment. & people waiting is ridiculous. You make a lovely drink but it’s not okay I will always respect a barista and tip and compliment but I do not like having a machine shoved in my face
