I used to go here everyday and stopped because I go and order the same exact thing every time! But never hardly ever is my drink made the way I ask for it to be made every time. I’m So frustrated because I don’t understand how I can be so difficult to make a person’s drink the way they ask for it to be made, which is the same exact way every single time! But it’s almost impossible to get the same person to make my drink the same way as they did the day before and I’m just blown away at the level of misunderstanding. I’ll go out to the register and they’ll ask me if I want my regular and I say yes I look like my regular but, it’s not my regular because it’s not made the way I ask for it to be made and they act like they know exactly what I want okay, so then how come you’re not making exactly what I want? So I’m just done with this one I’m not going there anymore I’ll just go across the street where They actually care if my order is made the way I like for it to be made. I could see if I only went there once every couple of weeks or something but, when someone visits your establishment every single day and gets the same thing every single day Annette you don’t make it the same way everyday and I know all the girls don’t work there so it’s not like they don’t know who I am because they know exactly who I am and they know what I’m getting as soon as they see me coming. I’m just done done done done I’ll visit the other one.

I have found that I always have a poor experience with this Starbucks. Notably long wait times, closing the indoor pickup at their own will, and refusing my service after waiting 10+ minutes only to be denied service.

Coffee was great. Service was just ok. Have 2 people but only one making the actual coffee. If the cashier isn’t taking any orders shouldn’t they help make the orders? Just a suggestion to get through the line faster. The wait was over 10 mins. And no clear direction on where to place order and where to pick up.

We just wanted to thank Rachel for her excellent service today, despite her having to deal with some difficult customers prior to our transaction.
We come into this location whenever possible because the service is always great. There is a friendly guy who usually helps us but I don’t recall his name at the moment. I hope the hard work these employees are putting in does not go unnoticed.
