I wish I can rate this store ZERO! This store location is discouraging! Been here 3 times and told the Barista to use my points but the barista NEVER LISTENS and charged me. Today I was there and when i told again I want to use my points the guy “SCOTT” smiled and said yes. When I checked the receipt it was charged! I dunno if the employees here knows how to listen well. I ask for manager and HE said he’s the manager..But what a shame for HIM as a manager asking the young Baristas how to process! He gave me card that says “YOUR NEXT DRINK FREE” com’on! How can it be free when I paid for this one now instead of using my points!!! This Scott, claiming to be the Manager Needs a BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! Working from Starbucks before I always want to make sure customer is happy and in worst case if NOT HAPPY we always upgrade the size! Not to forget the drink Scott made is kinda Cappuccino and not Latte since its more dilled woth frothe than the liquid. Latte is always heavuer. I hipe this guy knows what hes doing!What a shame on this voucher

Got a grande pumpkin spice latte to take to my sister and they only filled the cup two thirds full. For the price they charge they need to fill the cup all the way. Too inconvenient to go back but do yourself a favor and check before you drive away.

Third day in a row they got my drink wrong. They always add something I never asked for is or get the drink wrong completely. Half the time the coffee is so burnt and bitter you can’t even drink it. I go to the Kroger Starbucks now and they always get it right.

Weary from traveling from SE NC, we stopped at this Starbucks and it stands out from among the rest. When I entered I was greeted with smiles and a crew that seemed genuinely happy. Clean environment. The staff worked well together, efficient, yet they took time to speak with customers and each other. They made our coffee quickly, accurately, even though the drive through was busy. Then, they wrote personalized notes on our cups.
