been here a few times and it’s always fine, today i got the sugar cookie frappe(with other items) and it straight up tastes like chewing tobacco. it was so disgusting i had my husband immediately throw it out. there’s no way a drink should taste like this

There is a lady there, the one that always greets you. I don’t know her name but she’s very nice. The other ladies that make the drinks do not know how to make them. I wish I did not have to be unsure of how my drink is going to taste. I pay for the extra things to be in my drink and I’m quite sure it is not. Sometimes I have to go back in to get them to fix it and then it’s not hot and tastes like what the other review said “chewing tobacco.” It’s a hit or miss with them.

Stopped in here while on base visiting family, got some great Frappuccinos and breakfast. Friendly staff, good food, there were a lot of flies in the building and no air I felt bad for employees, hopefully they will get it fixed for them.

Fort Campbell has some of the best Starbucks coffee places. This Starbucks is located by beautiful flowering trees in spring and a children’s ground and splash park. I had some of the best Starbucks drinks here: cold brews and Matcha Green Tea Lattes. They also have great deals. The lines can get long here. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Outdoor seating areas are available. Wifi is free here too.

I love this Starbucks they Are always so kind. And they always get my order right and they always have patience with me when I come up with new drink ideas. Today I asked for he midnight Frappuccino which is just a caramel Frappuccino with mocha and caramel drizzle. And as you can see it looks impeccable and the taste is amazing. 100 out of 10

I took my daughter here to start her birthday. When we walked in not one person greeted us, there were 4 baristas available and no other customers in the store. We had done a mobile order and two of our three drinks were ready, no big deal we waited. While waiting a person who I assume worked there and who had had a baby came in. Very exciting, and I get that, but the barista working on my daughter’s drink left her station to go and greet the woman and the baby.. when she was done she went back to the drink process ok great. When she brought it to the counter I guess the lid was not all the way on and it spilled everywhere, I get an accident we are only human. But what really bothered me, was no.one said anything to us, not a OMG I’m sorry, we are starting another, not a it’ll be just one more minute. And to me that is rude, it was obvious that it was our order, we felt extremely ignored, and the customer service just was not there that I know Starbucks strives for. Also I had a brown sugar shaken espresso and it was no shaken all the shots and flavoring were settled at the bottom

Every time I get my white chocolate mocha from here it’s never right. You can tell when your drink is wrong by the color and every time is almost solid white. It’s basically just milk. So I got off post which is sad because this one is 3 minutes from my house.
