I went through the drive-through and Rob assisted me. He was so kind and helpful and especially enthusiastic. He definitely made my birthday so much better just by the way he treats customers. This was THE BEST latte experience I have ever had! I travel a lot, just in the past 2 months, I have been in 3 Countries and 4 States. I buy latte on the regular, wherever I am. Rob and his crew were the best in the world for 2025. My wife and I were visiting family for the holidays, I bought my latte there because it is closest to my son’s house. Never have a seen a crew greet all of their customers by first name like they do here. They make it a point to go above and beyond for a wonderful customer experience! Thank you Rob! See you in a few months!

The baristas are amazing! Always friendly and very helpful. Store is always clean and gives the relaxing coffee shop vibes with the lighting, cozy seating areas, and of course the fresh ground coffee smell. My go to drink is the venti white mocha (iced or hot either one is great) adding caramel brulee, caramel, or pecan syrup (depends on the time of year) substitute the whip cream for salted caramel cold foam and of course extra caramel drizzle around the cup and the top. If you like sweet, try it. It will not disappoint. And it’s not going to break the bank.

Horrible access and slow service makes this location almost unusable during peak times. Would definitely avoid unless you just need a caffeine hit. We were in the drive thru with no way out for over 40 minutes and there were only eight to nine cars maximum in line making per car between four and five minutes which just seems super slow even for a Starbucks. When I finally made the window we waited an additional five minutes for our order, at least they were freshly made. Our order came with a 4 dollar off card and an apology from the server, seems like management thought it was a good idea to understaff a buy one get one day.
Outside of that the food and beverage are your consistent Good Starbucks.

This business absolutely SUCKS!!! 1st, you are under threat of getting a ticket from the police because the line goes out into the flow of traffic. 2nd, if you plan ahead and bring someone to drop off to pick up the order, the lobby is randomly closed. Lastly, once you are stuck with the first 2 problems, then you can’t cancel your order. This is BS. I am calling the city council to see if they will start fining Starbucks and I suggest others do the same.

My son in law and daughter just went to get their free drink for Veterans Day and was told the spouse doesn’t get the free drink even though the website says it does. When they were told they had to pay for the drink my son in law explained that the website said Ashland was a participating store and they should get it free they got very rude and disrespectful with them. Seriously Starbucks?? He has served this country and is still serving. They even bought cake pops for their baby. So it’s not that they didn’t buy anything. You want to argue over one drink and being rude? How disgraceful!! Shame on you!! They frequent your business a lot but I will not!! And I will certainly tell everyone I know!! I wish I could give negative stars.

Drinks are never made correctly. The coffee tastes like coffee that’s been sitting all day long. Doesn’t taste fresh whatsoever. I got a drink today and as usual the drive thru staff was extremely rude. I was told my total. She handed me my drink/gave me back my card and shut the door in my face. No how are you or anything. She basically acted like I didn’t exist. This happens every time I go there. I’m from WV and I typically go to the tanyard station location and it’s seriously a night and day difference when it comes to customer service and the care that goes into making the drinks. I just moved to Kentucky so I’m really sad that this is the only Starbucks near by. Hopefully the camp landing location will be better.
For as much as I frequent Starbucks and as much as the drinks cost, this location is just a MAJOR disappointment.

Super friendly folks!
This location is in a challenging location, however the back alley is super helpful for navigating the one ways around it!
Plenty of parking.
I recommend going inside as the parking is easier to navigate than the drive thru line.
