Conveniently located in Kroger. Polite single clerk working made a fabulous cup of coffee. But there was no sense of urgency. Mckenzie was actively talking to a Kroger associate while preparing our order. Again she was polite and got the order right. But for that next level of hospitality one has to show that speed for the client.

i went here the other day, and the store was completely open, machines were running, food was still on display. there was no worker in sight, but i thought they were maybe in the back so i waited. i waited there for about 10 minutes with still no service. i left.

This is my go to Starbucks, literally go here every day. It’s just annoying that I can order a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso for $7 or I can order a shaken espresso with brown sugar, cinnamon and oatmilk for $5 now that they don’t charge for nondairy milk. Every time I order it as a shaken espresso it’s like they purposely make it nasty so I will pay the extra $2 for the SAME drink. I don’t get it.

Stopped by Kroger Starbucks and drinks were not good. Went to this location and was made new drinks when all I asked for was extra coconut milk. Very friendly staff highly recommended. Will not go back to Kroger will alwaya come here

The customer service not really good, I ordered a Chocolate croissant and she didn’t asked me about to warmed, just took the plastic bag and put in the paper one, she made the coffee as if the work she did bothered her.

Just a regular Starbucks. Very quick service at this location. I took a drive thru coffee and croissant. They got the order very accurate. The line was moving too fast as well.
I deducted 1 star because the entry to the drive thru is very confusing and may cause accident if it’s dark. Otherwise great overall

Always good. This location is always busy right in the mist of the main shopping area on mall road in Florence, Kentucky. The service is is always pleasant and the staff is friendly. The only complaint about this location is accessible of the drive through one has to circle the building and the went existing it is only a one way turn which will take you away from the shopping centers in the area.

Service is usually good, but incredibly inconsistent product! Not sure if it’s a training issue or the employees just don’t care… We’ve stopped going to the drive through and started walking in to the Starbucks just up the road at Kroger’s, despite the inconvenience of getting rained on, snowed on, whatever… The Kroger’s Starbucks usually has a faster turn around time as well, including time walking back and forth to the car.

The great thing about Starbucks is its consistency. This location delivers on that as well. I never really have to worry about not getting what I expect to get. I still enjoy a drink from Starbucks every now and then and really appreciate their large reach.
