The egg pesto mozzarella sandwich was very tough as if it had been microwaved too long. The spinach feta wrap is an item I usually order and this one was just a little tough. Timing was a bit longer than I’m used to. There was a long drive-thru line and a line building inside also. I waited about 12 minutes for my coffee order. My drink was half decaf and half dark roast with room for cream. When it was finally ready I opened the lid to find cream had been added to the rim. It spilled onto the counter. I returned to order a replacement that was ready in 60 seconds and I added cream to my desired density. Obviously there is a communication problem between the order taker and the drink fulfillment person. I have experienced this problem occasionally at other Starbucks locations. Atmosphere was comfortable with decent seats and tables. Music was a tad too loud.

I get simple drinks and they always taste fine but the food is hit or miss. If I order a sweet treat it should not taste like onions. Some of the staff could be friendlier and give better customer service. If I order 5 bakery items I should be asked if I need a bag. If I order 3 breakfast sandwiches I need napkins. I get not wasting resources but common sense and good customer service is lacking at this location.

My son and I enjoy getting to stop at starbucks, however it is not very often that we get to. This was our first time visiting the Berea store. Everything was great, however the wait time in the drive through seemed kind of ridiculous. Of course, we had somewhere important we were headed to. Ugh….

I attempted to order from there with almost 30 minutes until they closed. My daughter wanted a cake pop, that’s it. A cake pop. They would not take my order at the drive through and the doors were locked. I drove around to the window thinking maybe something wasn’t working at the drive through. There were TWO employees inside cleaning up. I honked and they ignored me. I sat there for 10 minutes while they ignored me before finally giving up and explaining to my freaking 4 year old why she couldn’t get a cake pop.

The coffee there is inconsistent. Sometimes its perfect other times it’s really strong. Some of the employees are really nice and seem to enjoy being there. Others not so much. Recommended reluctantly

The 3.2 rating makes sense. This Starbucks is just ok. Some of the employees seem to hate their job which is unfortunate for them. When you work with the public you should at the very least have a decent attitude while serving guests. Giving basic customer service shouldnt be difficult.

Afternoon after Xmas. Horrible slow counter service for mobile and in store
orders. Management on site was ineffective and complained about being understaffed while there were 6 employees present and the drive through was very efficient.
