I love the Superstar with Cheese and added bacon. It was truly the perfect double burger for me. It has all the fixens. What’s nice, is once a year, I go when they have the El Diablo Burger. Why, you ask? They offer jalepeno poppers also! So for 13$, I had a meal that filled me up. I did not get fries or drink. Service is always fast. They really could use more business. The staff is always friendly. I really like this location. Check it out, and don’t forget to grab the superstar with cheese. And if they have the el Diablo burger, grab those chedder poppers! What’s your favorite?

The last two times I went to Carl’s Jr they screwed up both orders. The first time we got the el Diablo burger and they forgot the jalapeño poppers and maybe after 20 minutes of waiting the food was lukewarm. The second we got a guacamole bacon burger with a sourdough bun. And the first time it was lettuce wrapped so I went back and bought another one this time it was the complete wrong sandwich. Staff were nice but there needs to be some quality control.

I was taken aback at how GREAT the customer service was during a busy lunch rush. Even though things were moving slow with a cashier trainee, customers and workers alike remained cheerful and accommodating. Not sure what management was doing on the afternoon of sept 29th but whatever it was it was working! Keep it up!

They gave us cold hard fries and luke warm burgers, the cheese wasn’t even melted.. No thx and never again!. The manager did upgrade our fries from a med to a large after we waited for a fresh batch.to finish. What happened to Carls Jr? It used to be the place to go for a quality burger. Not any more. No wonder they’re closing restaurants left and right.

I came through the drive through and the nice cashier had a little issue cashing my order out. She asked for the manager help and he came to the window completely rude to me like omg the man has some type of issue talked to me rudely and the young teenager working there. Hey corporate fire this guy! Stay away from this guy’s store he will ruin a nice day for anyone!

Everytime we go there something is yucky. Either the fries are old or the burger is cold out the soda is missing syrup
We ordered a burger and went home just a few blocks away. The burgers were so cold and the patty was thinner than the tomato. It just tasted like cheap buns. No flavor, just bread. We both ended up throwing away the burger.
The workers are always nice enough, but the food is never consistent, besides wrong. It is always either cold or stale.

Terrible service. I’ve never seen so many people standing around and goofing off, messing with each other’s hair and uniforms after making people in line wait almost an hour to even pay for their food only to wait another 7-10 to actually get the food and then I get handed this ‘shake’ not even full. They asked multiple times if I wanted whipped cream even though I said at least 6 times when ordering I did not then twice more at the window. If I had said yes so doubt I would’ve even had half a shake because they’d just fill it up with whipped cream.
