That saying “it starts from the top down” fully applies to Starbucks overall. This location, as with all Starbucks locations, lacks the ability to communicate to people. Every time I, or anyone I know enters a Starbucks, there is never a “Hello”, “How are you?”, or the biggest one: “How can I help you?”
That is a great way to lose out on continuous customers, and revenue. It’s an easy change, and goes a long way from the customer perspective. Feeling welcomed is a big way to keep a customer in your store, and coming back.
Every employee, from the management down makes no effort to approach or help the customer standing just a few feet away. Instead they keep their heads down and make zero eye contact with you, fearing itll make them have to speak. Instead, they continue to make drinks for phantom customers, aka no one else could be in the store, yet the employees are furiously making the invisible customers all of their coffee.
As a regular customer, Ive seen this unwelcomed approach far too many times, so what better way than a review to remind Starbucks as a company to try a little harder, and simply be better at communicating with people, especially your customers.

Wowwww I am so disappointed in this Starbucks. Every time I come here it’s like they’re trying to convince me not to come back. I placed a mobile order 20 minutes before I arrived at the store. When I pulled through the drive through I was told “your ticket hasn’t even been pulled yet, so you will need to pull around and wait for a notification that it is ready; then you can come inside and retrieve it.” I’ve been a Partner before and I KNOW this is not the standard of service Starbucks strives for. I understand the rush, and that it’s busy, but I also know you serve the customers that are there. Now my app says “status unavailable” so reliable! Yay. It’s embarrassing at this point. I feel bad for the staff, I know it’s not their fault, but this is ridiculous. At this point I’ve waited 30 minutes from the time i ordered my SINGLE COFFEE. And it’s still “in progress”

The worst of the worst!!! They give me half my order then walk away. Watching my other half of my order melt, Literally sat at the drive thru window for 45min. Had to call the store to tell them to hand me the rest of my order!!!! What’s really going on cause it happened to the cars infront of me. If it had a pull off drive thru I’d of pulled off after the first 15min

The cake pops are always 10/10. Drinks can take a while when there’s lots of customers waiting but that’s expected at Starbucks. Delicious almost every time !

This location has progressively gone downhill and not sure why. Every mocha I’ve ordered for the past several visits has actually been a hot chocolate. Of course I don’t have time to turnaround, go in the store and ask them to correct it.

This location is closed constantly, they choose their own hours and close early. This has been happening for years now. Even when they are open, it’s clear the employees hate their jobs and do not want to be there. Starbucks corporation needs to either completely overhaul this location with changes or shut it down. I’ve heard this location has been unionized, not sure about this but maybe that’s the issue.
I am officially done with this location, will never attempt to catch them open again!

This is by far the worst starbucks in the area. Always an issue here. Placed a mobile order and waited 20 minutes before getting on the drive thru to pickup my order which was on time for my order as per the app. I was told they were not acknowledging mobile orders because they were “short staffed”. They proceeded to tell me to get off the drive thru line abd get back on at the back of the line for them to work on my order.. this place could have 10 plus people working at times and are still slowwww or “short staffed”.

Normally, I do not have the time to write reviews for stuff like this, but this Starbucks is comically horrible. You would think for the part of town that it is in with the Ford truck factory being extremely close as well as other bigger businesses, they would over staff the drive-through line with everybody needing to be in and out within Five minutes. Every time I sit in that line, I am there for 20+ minutes I do not even attempt the inside line with most days I See the inside packed tighter than a can of sardines. Moral of the story do not go to the Starbucks try to go to another one because this one will most definitely make you late to work.

I ordered my beverage from my app to be picked up in store, I arrived on time. I noticed there were 5 people working. 2 of them were just standing around talking while the others did their job. I waited over 20 minutes, mostly because I noticed how must they were, until others that walked in after me were getting their drinks. I asked about my drink & the young man just gave me a look, confirming that my order had somehow slipped thru the cracks. He immediately prepared my order & apologized. This location is the worst when it comes to service. They were recently closing at 5p, due to shortage of staff. I hope they can get it together, this is the location closest to home.

Caramel frapp was mediocre. The problem with Starbucks is that the frapp are not consistent. One day its delicious and another day it’s a watery slushy with a hint of flavor. I don’t like having to hope someone makes it that knows what they’re doing. I don’t stop in as much because of that.
