If you’re looking for a quick breakfast before work, avoid this location. I stop here several times a week, and the service has become consistently terrible. Even with a 20-minute head start using the mobile app, my food is never ready by 5:30 AM.
During my last visit, I waited 10 minutes at the speaker just to be acknowledged. After another 15 minutes waiting behind just one other car, I finally reached the window only to find an unprofessional staff. My drink was overfilled and dripping everywhere, they forgot napkins, and I still had to wait for a simple breakfast sandwich. Other chains like Chick-fil-A and Dunkin’ handle lines twice this size with speed and politeness; here, you’re lucky if the staff doesn’t just shut the window in your face. Management needs to seriously look at the staffing and service standards at this store.

The atmosphere in this place is amazing every employee are amazing and special we love this place food always fresh and hot, the place always clean the place looks like the first day they reopen, Manager Javier is doing a great job. Thanks for always have and excellent customer service.

Didn’t get food they have a sign $2.00 for a bag of ice. I wasn’t expecting much for $2 but I was wrong!!!
The bag was huge !!! And the ice was in perfect cubes for glass use at home. Very happy with this little surprise.

No clue how to make an order. Asked for chicken sandwiches plain called them and the lady Michelle was rude. She was rude in the drive thru too. Burger King is getting worse absolute waste of money. She forgot to give me my credit card back and my drinks in the drive thru. Absolutely won’t be going back not that corporate America actually cares about the working class they rip off.

Stopped in, used the drive thru, and was asked to wait in between the two windows?? Huh, say what, how do you mean? Yeah, I’m not doing that. Then they gave me ice cold onion rings and didn’t get my order even close to right. I couldn’t eat it. Save yourself some time go to McDonald’s it’s right down the street.

Ordered at drive through. The order was 3 Breakfast Burritos Jr., 1 order of a 5 piece French toast sticks and a medium Coke. We were told only 2 Burritos available. A bacon egg crossiant was still available so we decided to get that. What we received was no Coke, no 5 piece French toast sticks. We were told the French toast sticks no longer available this morning but we could get a medium Coke for $3.28—- Highway robbery, you must be kidding. Left with no drink, no French toast sticks. Slow service combined with not receiving the products ordered. Extremely unhappy with this experience
