I’m handicapped and riding a recumbent trike from Key West, FL to Seattle, WA for Wounded Warrior Project and #Mission22.
Food was good.
Coffee was great.
Totally UNSAT – the Manager asking me to move my trike out of the handicapped spot (after I explained my “mission” and that my state’s DMV does not issue handicap placards for trikes), she still said I need to move the trike. I was so stressed out that I started experiencing SVEs and had to put on my oxygen – thank you.
AND my sandwich got cold.
Called customer service and told them training is needed. As a long-distance 70 year old rider who looks like , (on purpose,)… I really think she just didn’t want to take me serious.
The solution, to make me a satisfied customer, would be for Starbucks Corporate to issue a memo to all locations to use to practice common sense for issues such as this.
A win-win solution would be for corporate to issue me a letter stating that I can plug in at any Starbucks, anywhere & anytime to help support veterans & #WoundedWarriorProject and #Mission22.

Ordered on the app today before I had to make my way to work and when I got there everything was already ready for me !! I even got a warm greeting when I walked through the door by the store manager. Her and her team are working hard behind the counter making drinks and keeping their customers happy. I will definitely be visiting again !!

I have frequented this location since it opened and within the last month it is evident that leadership has changed and in a positive way. The staff is friendlier, the atmosphere is positive, and the engagement that I receive is always so friendly. The store manager, Shelby, is such a delight. You can tell with her interactions with customers that she loves what she does. It is not very often that you see a manager step in and help their staff and do so with a smile on their face. I look forward to seeing the staff each time I go in!

It was basically brown water. It didn’t even taste like coffee. It was supposed to be a hazelnut iced espresso. And it was basically just brown water and ice. And this was taken right after I got it. So it hadn’t been sitting or anything. It was just nasty. I paid $20 for two brown waters. I won’t be back there.

For the past several weeks the SB app has shown the store is out of cold brew, but they have it and you can go inside and order. I checked and there was no update for the app. So earlier this week I tried an in store order. I waited at the counter and after 1-2 minutes was told they would help me. Several minutes later still nothing so I left. Not sure when I’ll try and waste more time trying to give them money again. Get it together over there!

I had a mobile order to pickup through the drive through so I did not have to get out of my car. I ordered the Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino with extra shots. By the time I got it it was melted and had zero flavor. The lady at the window was rude and I had to go in after waiting 10+ minutes for my drinks to be made all while watching all of the other customers get theirs.

I used to drive all the way from Pascagoula to Ocean Springs just to visit Starbucks, so I’m especially thankful to have this convenient location nearby. I typically place my order through the app and pick it up at the drive-thru, and I have never encountered anyone who was anything less than kind and courteous. The service is consistently excellent, and my coffee orders are always prepared correctly. I’m very pleased with this location and appreciative of the outstanding team members who make each visit such a pleasant experience.

Obviously my experience is going to be different than other people’s. But for my experience it’s good. The drinks sometimes taste different each time but not horribly. My only complaint is the wait time and the baristas don’t seem very organized. The drive through is also supposed to be the quicker option right? But it seems like you will be there for 20 minutes sometimes just for a drink. Most of the time it’s better to just go inside.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. 98% of the time I order on the app for instore pickup and I always wait 10 to 15 minutes after the specified pickup time. My order is always good but the timing will have me late for work.
