Dirty tables everywhere. Carpet not vacuumed. My supposed washed/clean fork and butter knife still had food on them!! There were no baguettes, so they gave us chips. Booooo! The men’s restroom had NO paper towels.
It is ALWAYS this way!! Corporate needs to step in because this is BS. If the dining area appearance is nasty, I can BET the kitchen is NO better!!!

I ordered at the drive thru for dinner tonight 2/26. There were 2 cars in front of me that got bagged food and 1 with a drink. The drink was instantly handed out to the customer. But the 2 food orders were taking forever. I got to my turn at the window after 16 minutes and before I paid I asked if my food was ready or how long it would be. After another minute and a half she came back and said my food was not ready yet. So I declined the order and left because I didn’t have time for 20+ minutes for a drive thru order. This long, unnecessary episode has happened to me 2 other times for lunches. But for those lunches I happened to have time to wait. But again the wait was a ridiculous amount of minutes. Then a friend i saw at the event I needed to get to on time said the same Hermitage,PA, location ran out of the bread they normally serve with soup and when she asked for sour dough bread instead for an extra fee, they told her no. Their only alternative was chips. A bag of chips with soup, really??!!

I went here and it was pretty decent. I ordered macaroni and cheese. It was prepared really hot (borderline too hot), and tasted good. However, the price is a killer, everything here is super expensive, and you have to wait forever to get your order. I walked in and had my order taken (it took about 4 and half minutes), and I had to wait 28 minutes for ONE order of Mac n cheese! That is ridiculous. I plan to go in sometime I. The next week or two and see if there is any difference in speed or if this is truly the speed they work at…

Walked out after waiting a few minutes to place an order. Two employees were in the soup and sandwich prep area as I stood at the register, both walked past me and into the back without acknowledging I was there, same for the guy behind the register in the bakery area. A simple “someone will be right with you” was not given. Is this now one of those places where you have to order through the app if you want service? Very disappointing.

The staff at this restaurant in Hermitage is so incompetent they can’t even tie the end of a loaf of bread. This is a second time I’ve had it happen when I went to take it out. The bag at half of it fell on the floor cause their employees are too stupid to properly tie a bag. Call the store talk to the manager said I want to bring it back she goes. I’m sorry I can’t do anything about it since it didn’t happen here of course it didn’t happen there it happened when I got home. I will be calling your corporate office to further discuss your incompetence at how to treat customers.

Haven’t eaten here in about 10 years and now I remember why. My bbq chicken sandwich was more like bread with a chicken spread then a sandwich. Look at my sandwich and the one they advertise. COMPLETELY PATHETIC!!!!!!

The food was good once I asked them to remake it. Originally, my macaroni came out looking like reheated leftovers, but they were nice when I asked them to remake it. Quite a few of the tables needed cleaned as well.
